Yes ABC thats what I mean I guess.  Not to say it hasnt been wierd but they do things different and our sherriff never released stuff either.  there was also the night the MSM thought they found a body and were at Marks door.  Heart breaking to say the least.  We get the best info here from ArubaG.  She is the greatest..
 I think as Americans we can honestly say other than media speculation.... most LE always tells us they cant release info on ongoing investigations

Geraldo's assertion that there was a DVD being sold of Joran's participation in the gang bang of a 14-year old was indeed made on the "O'Reilly Factor" last night.

I suspect that the media are frantically searching for someone to sell them a copy of this.

What is the age of consent in Aruba?

I can't imagine that it's 14... and if not, perhaps he can be prosecuted for rape (statuory or otherwise) - and that used as a 'club' to get him to spill the beans on Natalee...

Aruba - Age of Sexual Consent
ARUBA LAWS: 1. Has no sodomy laws, the age of sexual consent is 16 for all. Homosexual contacts with minors under the age of 16 is punishable with a penalty of up to 4 years imprisonment. Heterosexual contacts with minors under the age of 16 are only criminal under certain conditions.

I tend to think Joran's story is totally false.  The outline of the brothers story I believe to be true, except I think they know what happened at the Marriot w/ Joran and Natalee.
