I tend to think Joran's story is totally false.  The outline of the brothers story I believe to be true, except I think they know what happened at the Marriot w/ Joran and Natalee.

I also beleive this. I don't understand why the guard never asked him the brother what happended to her and where she is. I noticed he said that Dutch boy sent a text to brother and then they talked online after that night. I wonder where they are at with looking on the computers.

In regards to the guards telling the truth, I don't think so, it would make no sense. If they aren't confessing to authorities why would they confess to these guys.

Does anyone have any links or info if the tapes that recorded the guards in the vicinty was reported to be false, because this was the last I read about it

I don't think the guards are lying.  I do think however, that they are withholding details that may be sensitive to the investigation.

Wasn't there a time frame of 8 days that they were holding these 3, after which the judge had to review the case again?   Someone had mentioned those days were up today, but I haven't had a chance to listen to the MSN yet.

Anyone know when the judge will review this?

And you would be very surprised what people will tell when they are in jail.  Especially if they haven't been there before and they think they are talking to someone that "knows the ropes".  My ex husband has done plenty of time in county jails and I was always amazed at the things he came out of there knowing about people.  AMAZED.

In reading Toms new update one might think they dont want him to talk to him unless maybe(reaching here) they think there is more dad knows. I am mostly a reader very intrested in all this.  It started as I was very close to the Lunsford family and case.  You dont understand it all until it hit close to home.  Our town was just .... well you can imagine.  We are soooo small here veryy everyone knows everyone.  I must say in taking it all in that it took weeks and she was across the street.  You cant imagine the pain Mark and family was in.  Still is.  Phone call to his mom when in the room saying to this elderly gramdmother she will rot in hell for what she did to that little girl.  All speculation.  I have no doubt that it will come out but also has been a mess from media.
  I from being close to that case remember days standing next to Mark hearing what he said then that night would hear it different from MSM report.  
  Sorry to ramble.  Just hits home for Nats family, friends andd chaparones(sp) for me.  Even saw AMW doing the same to him before she was found.  Sad very sad

Great post GrnLizrd.  I was thinking about Jessica's case last night.  So, it wouldn't be surprising if they hadn't yet found anything in Aruba, a 20x6 mile island with water, sand, caves, abandoned mines, construction, thick brush, etc.?

I have been to Aruba, and I remember all the sand and dunes.  Not just right along the beach.  If Joran buried Natalee, it would be harder to tell what was freshly dug in the sand.

You all know that this is a tragic event its quite hard for even the most talented investigator after the time span of two weeks to put together a good investigation.Only because Natalee's beloved mom has put so much poltical pressure on Aruba is it now going full throttle to try and find her and not have Natalee end up as a cold case file,every few years some tv show might ask have you seen this person? The whole thing has just been handled badly from day 1.Now everything is hearsay and enuendoes.
Natalee was either killed,accidently hurt or sold to pay off someones gambling dept.Do not think the latter is fictional.The carribean islands have a notorious drug and white slavery cartels with over a thousand missiong person investigations going on covering the last ten years in time
span. These facts are not fictious.They are facts and true 100%.It is literally impossible in this day and age to disappear unless a boat picked her up or she was taken to where the island dumps its garbbage.There is no less than a feeding frenzy of sharks there 24 hrs.a day.These 3 kids had almost 10 days to dispose of her body if that is what happened. With a adults help she was disposed of in a way where as she would never be found and they sure did a damn good job of it.Unless one of them gives it up,I am sorry to say there just isn't going to be any evidence.Poppa knows this,hence he wants to tell his boy to keep it together.Don't worry son I will call in all my gambling favors.
