Blah, Bah, Blah........ we get it. He's a PHD in psychology and has years of experience. The CEU stuff is a joke. We've put on seminars where CEU's are awarded and it's no big deal. You set an agenda, get qualified folks to speak (and there aren't requirements for what those qualifications are) and submit it to National nurses, and Physicians organizations to request approval for CEU's.

Didn't Sky Hughes say something like Travis had some information on Jodi and she thinks that is why she killed him?

Also, Sky Hughes said that Travis told her he couldn't leave Jodi because Jodi threatened to kill herself and he did not want that on him if she followed through. That would make sense now as to why Travis let her in.

Again ... I believe the underlining intent of the emails to Jodi from the Hughes were meant to convince her to move on and leave Travis alone.

MARK EIGLARSH: Sky, it`s my understanding that it got so bad for you that you turned to of Travis, and you said, I mean in no uncertain terms, you must break up with her. And apparently, his response was, I can`t, because she`s going to kill herself.

PINSKY: Right.

EIGLARSH: Is that correct?

HUGHES: Yes.

EIGLARSH: And do you feel in your heart like you did everything you could to get him away from her?

HUGHES: You know, more than once, we`d have these conversations. And I was really, really hard on Travis. And, and I would tell him, you know, there`s just something not right. She`s obsessed with you. You know, these behaviors are very frightening, and I said just stop talking to her. Just stop calling her. And he said, he said you don`t understand.

She says she`s going to kill herself. And I said she`s not going to kill herself. And he said no. He said, you can`t guarantee that and I can`t live with myself if she does.

PINSKY: So, I want you to think about what I asked you before the break. What about this, whatever was there fighting about, it seems like, I understand, that there might have something Travis had on Jodi. What do you think that was and is that what led to the murder?

HUGHES: You know, I wish I had an answer. We`ve gone and we`ve wracked our brains. You know, we went through all the e-mails again. We went through the fight. And we just can`t figure it out. Jodi had done something very, very bad, very unforgivable. And this is -- it had to be worse than slashing tires, stealing journals, stealing rings, stalking him, like it was worse than that, because this is the first time that he -- I saw this kind of response from him.

And so, I don`t know what it was. It had to have been really bad. I do think that this led to her deciding that she was going to kill him because it was after this, you know, this happened on the 26th and on the 28th, the gun is stolen, and around that time, she asks Daryl for gas cans and then she tells Ryan that she`s going to be there the following week. And all of that seems to have happened right after this fight.

PINSKY: This fight where he says I`m going to tell the world about what you`ve done. And we don`t know what she had done. And now knowing her as we do, God only know what she had done.

And about the suicide stuff, I heard from Sky that Travis thought Jodi would commit suicide if they broke up. Sky told him that she was just saying that to keep him. She had no intention of committing suicide. However, Travis was still afraid she might do it.

Thank you Brandi. THIS IS IT!

THE FIGHT BETWEEN JODI AND TRAVIS ON MAY 26, 2008

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFejwEzV-cE

The test msg between Jodi & Travis

"She has betrayed him"

"going on to the next dick"

"She's a rotten lunatic"

"She's has a life identically to Satan"

etc. etc.

This is what pushed her over the edge and she planned the murder!

Chris Hughes said on Dr. Drew that Alyce LaVioleet took his emials out of context.
I agree with you, that it seemed as though Chris & his wife Sky were very close to Tranvis and were trying
to get him to dump Jodi because they saw things about her that were not normal. But, it sounded like Jodi
had told Travis if he did dump her or leave her she'd kill herself and he must have fallen for that lie too.

Interesting she uses the I'll commit suicide to Travis and told the jury she was going to commit suicide
and that is why she said no jury will convict me.

Geez, I'm worried now. I hope the jury sees there all this crapola.

I agree Kermit. I haven't heard any thing but BS from this guy. It's just blah blah blah.  IMO it's all redundant. I feel sorry for the jurors having to sit thru all this BS. And having to listen to the defense just going in circles.

Oh, I think this is about to get rich. Wilmott is going down a path, I think, to get this guy's opinion on what Travis could and couldn't do after being shot.

Yeah..... he's far more qualified than the Medical Examiner.    Rolling Eyes

Juan will have a field day with this path, if indeed that's where she's going.

I'm impressed so far........ he had to study the diagram a while to locate the frontal lobe and then gave up on deciding whether it was the right or left hemisphere.

I hope you are right CBB. She has been at it so long. I thought all the defense was going to be able to ask was about the the personality disorder the Prosecution expert talked about.

Bottom line is that you don't bring in a psychologist to dispute a medical examiner on a brain injury. You might bring in a neurosurgeon, but any MD trumps this guy any day, all day long. Furthermore, there's a REASON she didn't bring in a neurosurgeon to dispute Dr. Horn. Somebody who knew what they were talking about, wouldn't dispute him!
