Nurmi said he didn't like Jodi Arias!

Juan objected
Judge sustained.

YIKES!

Chebakha has already stepped in his own doo doo.

he is saying that the State's theory is Jodi was trying to steal Travis' gun by committing a burglary.
That is not how I heard the States case, but whatever.

I voted in the poll above..I had a  'feeling' last night that the jury  went in, took a vote and all said Guilty in the first degree, first vote.

I pray u are right cookie. I dont think i will ever be able to watch a trial again after this one if it turns out like casey anthony. I wonder sometimes why i even care about this stuff & watch it but i think its because i like to see some justice against all of the evil in this world & i dont think there is enough to see. Murderers, pedophiles ....they have more rights than the victims in our judicial system & it makes me sick. Why was it ok for travis to be victimized all over again & made to look like a horrible person with zero proof of it? I honestly feel that our jury process needs to be rethought if this jury does not convict. The media has nothing to do with my opinion of this case. The evidence speaks loudly. The casey anthony case too. Where is the common sense people???? I really dont think we r going to be happy with this verdict. I guess ive lost faith in the intelligence of people. Juries seem to think reasonable doubt means they need to have no doubt whatsoever. They need to be shown a reenactment of the crime.

But, we both thought that there would b no way that Casey A. Would walk free either.
I wasn't going to watch another trial either but I got sucked in...

Everything I posted is gone not only in this thread, but missing Dylan's thread and I did not save the information.
The one time I do not save it.

Well, Nurmi, I suspect,  is going to bring up sex a lot and try to copy Martinez' style in his closing argument.

Nurmi starts off saying, Sex, Lies and dirty little secrets

Objection from Juan
Approach from the judge.

Kermit

I did save my posts regarding the return of the gas cans.  As CBB predicted Nurmi attempted to imply that Jodi returned the gas can to another Walmart.  Logic dictates that Jodi when testifying would have clarified the issue during the exchange with Martinez.

Prosecutor Takes Another Crack at Jodi Arias
Aired March 7, 2013 - 19:00   ET

<snipped>

MARTINEZ: This is the Wal-Mart that you went to in Salinas, and you purchased a five-gallon gas can, right? You told us that before, right?

ARIAS: Yes, I did.

MARTINEZ: And you were there on June 3rd of 2008 at 3:22 in the afternoon when you made that purchase, right?

ARIAS: That`s correct.

MARTINEZ: Would it surprise you to find out -- and you said that you got a refund in cash, didn`t you?

ARIAS: Yes, I did.

MARTINEZ: Would it surprise you that Wal-Mart does not have any record of any refund for a gas can on that date of June 3rd of 2008?

ARIAS: Considering that I returned it, that would surprise me.

MARTINEZ: Pardon?

ARIAS: Considering that I returned it, that would surprise me.

MARTINEZ: It would surprise you?

ARIAS: Yes.

MARTINEZ: Because you claim you returned it on that day, right?

ARIAS: Yes, I did, and I received cash for it.

I hate to say I told you so, but I see that NURMI SHOWED THE NAKED PHOTO OF JODI!

I just get a bad vibe about Nurmi like he's got dirty secret thoughts.

he is saying that the State's theory is Jodi was trying to steal Travis' gun by committing a burglary.
That is not how I heard the States case, but whatever.
