Some of Juan's points:

Jodi knew what was going on. She moved the body away from the door and into the shower. She knew how to operate the camera, and what to do with the license plates.

Time frame: Defense wants to focus on that rather than the killing........... anything to move your focus away from the killing and Travis' suffering. He suffered both physical and mental pain.

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial

Nurmi throws out a few "objection, improper arguement's" as a final attempt but his voice sounds completely defeated. #JodiArias

More of Juan's points:

Jodi was 27 with a high IQ. She had every reason to know the pain she was inflicting.

The judge is instructing the jury to deliberate.

Jury has been dismissed to begin deliberations.

How long do you guys think this will take?

If I were on the jury, it would take as long as it takes to fill out the form. Just sayin'.

I think they should reach a unanimous decision today.

But I also thought the verdict would come in within 24 hours.

I missed when the verdict would come back as well (BTW, I don't think I ever said, "CONGRATS" to those who got it right!), but I would guess a quick decision here.

The jurors have indicated they wanted to eat lunch. HLN said it looks like an hour before any verdict would be rendered. I say today, and my opinion is worth diddly squat!

Jinkasaurus says that with one photo everybody in the courtroom had their head down. She thinks that photo was the most powerful thing said or done in the courtroom today.

I'm going to TRY to alter the above poll to ask how long before the aggravation phase verdict comes in..... no promises because I've never tried to do it before, but I'll let you know shortly if it works!

I just voted and I guess we are, so far, all in agreement - within 24 hours.

Personally, I wished it would take 2 minutes for the jury to come back.

When Juan did that two minute silence - my mind started visualizing Travis trying to
get away from Jodi. Gruesome.

Jinkasaurus: The only thing that might have been more horrendous is if there had been dismemberment. This killing was almost a decapitation.

It looks like we may end up in a unanimous vote for "within 24 hrs" in the poll. Thanks for voting!

First time I have ever seen her NOT look at the jury being seated.

Usually she would seem to make eye contact with them. In a pleading sort of way.

Something else I noticed - her wearing white like a saint.

Ribbit. As I said, Kermit, I would have slammed a table 29 times for each stab wound before I ended it with telling the jury that "now, Jodi slashed his throat from ear to ear with enough force to sever the cartilage in his windpipe".

Donovan, Jodi's twitter writer is there.

He mother seemed to be taking notes. Is she writing a book too?!

Dr. Drew called Donovan a guy the other night. I started laughing. Then he corrected himself.
Donovan is like SNL Pat me thinks.

I heard a press conference that Travis' family is going to file a lawsuit which they will most likely when
and then they can go after any money Jodi & her family try to make off of Jodi's murder of Travis.

Oooooo that would have been so very effective. CBB, you should be an attorney - you are so articulate.
