It's recess until 1:30. Jury is working through lunch.

Pure speculation here, but my bet is the State will be agreeable to taking death off the table IF the defense agrees to life without parole.

That may not sit well with Travis' family. I'm not sure that will shut her mouth as they, rightly, want.

I'm trying to remember that the biotch is under a verdict of first degree murder and nothing is going to change that. They found cruelty as an aggravating factor and nothing is going to change that. That much has been accomplished, and this jury is not in the same realm as Casey's was. This jury does live on planet earth and has a brain that relies on oxygen instead of mush.

I am actually okay with LWOP - she is going to lose her audience real soon anyway.

Just tuck her away in some God forsaken prison never to be heard from again.

she will have some real winners to pick from for her new friends.

I could agree with you Cadillac, if I knew she wouldn't be able to continue to have a public voice she could use to trash Travis. I've heard that death row would absolutely shut that down, but I haven't heard as decisively that LWOP would. If so, then I'm OK with it too. Well, I'd prefer that Travis' family get what they want, regardless of what that is.

I'll say this: IF a new jury is the path ahead, I'm glad Juan will have a chance to polish his closing to the jury.

This is my only problem with lwop. I would be ok with it if it meant she never got to say another word to anyone in society other than her family. She will torment this family til the day she dies. That is why i want her to die sooner than later. That & she does not deserve to make a life in prison socializing & enjoying certain things. Travis does not have that option. She could have listened to him most likely begging for his life but she chose not to. She didnt just murder this man. She downright butchered him & that kind of evil is real & cant be fixed.

Yeah, I care more about her being ON death row than I do about actually executing her, if that makes sense.

Above video about what awaits Jodi in prison, whether she gets life or death.

So much for all the new programs she wants to start. (what a joke.)

Didnt say u dont have a right to think what u want. We all do. My perspective is that noone in a 5 month relationship who lives in another state & has no financial ties or children with their abuser drives 1000 miles & butchers them in 3 different ways. She wasnt abused by anyone but her own sick twisted mind & deserves to rot in hell.

It makes total sense to me because that is exactly my thought process. They dont have to kill her. Just cage her up like the animal she is never to have contact with her own species again. She is a vile excuse for a human & deserves to sit in a little cage & go crazy with her memories. I dont  hate much but this satan spawn makes me hate.

I agree with ya'll.

The Death Penalty would cost a whole lot more then putting her away for life.

My ONLY concern is if she can get out at any time because she will not have rec'd any psychological help
and I don't think she is going to change on her own. That means, she could kills again even if it is 20 yrs from now.

Jodi Arias: Death penalty would be 'revenge,' not justice
As an Arizona jury resumes deliberating on Wednesday about whether she deserves the death penalty for the murder of her ex-boyfriend, Jodi Arias is now begging for her life after initially saying she preferred to die.

“What I receive will be what I deserve, I believe,’’ she told NBC’s Diana Alvear only hours after she begged the jury to spare her life on Tuesday.

Don't shoot the messenger I'm just posting the news
