Hope everything is okay Brandi. Good thoughts sending your way.

Thanks. It's an ongoing issue but will be resolved eventually.

It's about my neighbor, (and good friend for 40 years) his illness and helping him deal with his affairs.

He has dementia ... was just diagnosed during his 17 day hospital stay.

He was released today.

Thank you too, Muffy.

I hope this jury goes home and watches everything we saw that they did not with Jodi Arias
and then cry in their pillow for their not being strong enough to hang in there long enough
to do the right thing.

I think the best we can do is to contribute funds to Travis family so they can sustain being
in the next trial.

I normally don't have a problem with HLN- but they are being a little too sensational for me tonight.

She has been convicted of first degree murder -her fate WILL be determined.

Let her worry some more...

Instead of a hung jury, hopefully the next jurors will sentance her to death.  Doesn't surprise me, it only takes one who doesn't believe in the death penalty.

As the verdict (or lack thereof) was announced. Jodi took a visible large sigh of relief.

I kind of have a feeling there is going to be a big back lash to this.
People are sick of our justice system ie: O.J. Simpson, Casey Anthony, that actor who murdered his wife, can't remember his name.

HLN saying the jury does not want to talk to anyone today.

Also reported that Juan Martinez is not talking.

Good evening, Monkey's,

Jodi, is just lucky that this is a Holiday Weekend- and the Jurors, wanted to go home and start their preparations for the Holiday weekend, IMO.

This is the same junk that happened to KC, remember?  it was a Holiday Weekend, and the jurors made a quick decision.

Juan has Jodi's interviews this time and he can use them, if he's allowed by his superiors to move forward with another jury.

Maybe they're going to the Grand Canyon instead of Disney, like the jury from CA did.

This is not KC's jury, IMO. This jury has rendered partial judgement and when they have rendered a verdict, they got it right.

The jury is allowed to talk about the case.

This could be helpful for Juan Martinez for the July trial.

The family as "Is this your true verdict" was being asked of each juror.

Arias jury hung on penalty phase
May 23, 2013

Jurors in the high-profile Jodi Arias trial on Thursday failed to reach agreement over whether she should receive the death penalty for killing her ex-boyfriend.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens called for a retrial in the penalty phase after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict. The new jury will be impaneled on July 18.

And I think they did their very best to reach a verdict!

As I keep saying, it only takes ONE juror to hang them.
