No they aren't Blonde. They aren't starting court until 1:30 AZ time today. At least that was what I heard last. But with this case I am not sure.

The jury was instructed to be back at 1:30 their time.. however with this case you never know what will happen between now and then and whether we will actually see any testimony today.

Good to know I didn't miss much. I also think I heard Judge Stephens say something about beginning tomorrow at 9:30 (12:30 eastern) and working past 5 if necessary. Sounds as if she is trying to get this to the jury as soon as possible. I know it has lasted longer than they anticipated.
