Of course, this could be another publicity stunt to make it look like they are doing their job.  Get that search out on TV and they look better.  All it did for me is leave me shocked that this wasn't already done.

too many reports of 'date rape' drugs.  No idea if they are true, but no way would I let my child go anywhere except inside the good ole US.  Anything can happen here, but at least we have cops that know how to conduct an investigation.

Date rape drugs are unfortunately used here in the US also.  Kids need to be careful in all situations whether here at home or abroad.  Never go out alone, don't leave a drink unattended and watch each other's back.

i am a antillian living in miami florida  southbeach  and that "date rape" drug your talking about is called GHB formaly known as "g "  people take this drug not only for raping purposes but aswell to have that extacy feeling and miami is the begist supplier of this drug it was invented in chicago, Body builders used to take this drug to pump them up, ofcourse you take to much of it it has the oposite affect and when mixed with alcohol it clears out your memory, not to talk bad abuot US but this is where this drug started in the first place :0)

long story short, my bf got hit w/ GHB in her alcohol sat.  night here in NYC...she is ok though, we took care of her, but it could have been awful

FBI agents and otehr agents of the Aruban police, we are in the back of the house the dog is searching in the woods in the back here...we also see the american press ehre, they are asked not to get close becuase if they get closer the authority will ask us to leave also....the dogs are all here searching int he woods behind VDSloot home, we are being moved from here but we will find a good place to transmit wahts going on....we will try to come in from the other side becuase they are using this whole palce for the search...this is all we have at the moment, we will be back when we have more info......the rear of the house is beign searched by police & FBI..they want to move us becuase the US press has gone too close and so now we all have to be moved....even when we asked them not to get close they did so now we have to moce......the FBI is searchign and workign all over the house, the back of the house is in the front view of teh other house....so their neigbors can look into their yard.....the dogs are not really getting anything this is what weve got well be back

So, let's think this through. If Joran is out with his buddies and if the brothers did peel off to go back to their house, why wouldn't they just drop Joran off at his house to get his car so Joran and Natalee could be alone?

you know, people who are psychotic killers or just psychotic don't they like to keep "trophies' of their "conquests"?   i imagine that the dutch have finally employed a "profiler".  perhaps that is why they are searching the vds's house.  looking for evidence - perhaps young van der sloot kept trophies of his conquests?

This  house search  should have been done two weeks ago i agree with what they just said on the news,....two weeks is enough time to hide and clean any evidance ( i am not pointing fingers at anyone yet) just saying :0)

Their may be a good reason for this search though.  I don't see any reason to just randomly search his house, they already searched it before.

Harry:dogs are getting back int o the car, the dogs have their own small chairs in the car...they are very special and important dogs to this....somethign is being "beat" some way or another we can hear "tack tack tack" like being dug or hit with a hammer or somethign but on concrete, atleast it sounds liek that......they are searching inside, and outside they are already leaving, we must say sincerely too much is not found here and too much we dont have to say we are alert with this and we are moving slowly here around the hosue, this is all part o fthe investigation that is going on, investigation on the outside is all quite but they are inside checking still
