Since you live in Aruba , I have to ask are you familiar with the hotel Natalee was at, from what I read on another forum ( Aruba bulletin board) there are a lot of entrances and only the front desk has a security camera and that some of the kids stayed in the tower(?)

after 10pm ALL entrances are CLOSED you can only go in throught the front lobby

The report on CNN the last half hour had some more details about the original statement of the three.  They all said Natalee fell asleep in the car and had to wake her up to find out what hotel she was staying at.  Well, we know they didn't actually take her to her hotel, but I wonder if there is truth in the falling asleep story.  That's consistent with what the brothers told a friend before they were arrested... and with the possibility of her being drugged.

But hasn't it been confirmed that they met her at the casino there at the HI?  So, Im not buying they didn't know what hotel she was staying at......

I suspect I will be doing much of the same!!!  My friends I'm going to see are so funny. I'll be sitting there making typing motions with my hands while I say "OMG...LMAO".  That is so funny you did that to your husband though.  I love it!!!!!!!!

Someone (and I am sorry because I forgot who) said yesterday that Natalee's mom Birthday is coming up in the next couple of days.

It was either yesterday or today. I think I saw that on the CBSNews.com morning update video.

I thought I just posted this, so i hope this isn't a repeat message.   I realize this is against what most people think, and i have to admit to mostly suspecting Joran as well, but nothing and no one should be ruled out.  
What about the brothers being guilty and perhaps Joran not being involved.  He and Nat depended on the brothers to go off and be alone, it is possible there was nothing more than romance going on there, and when they got ready to leave after visiting the beach, Joran was taken home first on purpose by the bros to get Nat alone away from him.  The bros were in control and had the vehicle and 1 of them was behind the wheel.  Their motives could be to take advantage of her themselves, or kidnap or sell her as others considered.  It is possible that these guys are jealous that they didn't have dates, or just jealous in general of the good-looking womanizing Joran who was successful in both his good grades and success in sports and was never short on girls being interested in him.
They had each other to corrobate the others story, 2 against 1 on what happened, and there was the additional fact that most people at the casino had seen Nat with Joran, so the suspicion would rest with Joran and not them.   We don't know anything about these 2 or their families or their history.
What are others opinions on this theory?

Don't think so! Urine spent at least to days workin on Nat.  No way he's going to let her go off with the bros.  He was involved in what happened to her, whether they were or not.

A thought on the security guards.....

I bet the security guards were arrested just to deflect attention away from the Kalpoes and van der Sloot.  The Aruban authorities may have wanted to show Aruba and the world that they had suspects in jail, mean while they were tracking the real suspects.  If this is true the security guards were just pawns, getting used by authorities and spit out when they were no longer useful.  The authorities may have used their disenfranchized citizens as a cover.  Glad I don't live in Aruba.
