ALL of their witnesses at this point are crashing and burning.

This farce of a trial is a joke and I hope Angela Corey gets disbarred.

I can't blame Jeantel for not wanting to come back for a 2nd day of grilling.  She needs an attitude and respect adjustment, if you ask me. I guess she's a hostile witness to the defense.  So far she hasn't said anything to bolster the prosecution's case.  She's just shown she's unreliable.

The star prosecution witness in the murder trial of George Zimmerman took the stand to recount her cell phone conversation with Trayvon Martin in the moments before he was shot to death, saying the Florida teen said he was being followed by “a creepy-ass cracker” just before the fatal confrontation.

Rachel Jeantel, 19, told jurors she warned Martin to walk away, saying "it might be a rapist." Martin, she said, told her he was going to try to "lose him" and get to his father's fiance's home in the gated community in Sanford. But Jeantel said as she remained on the phone with Martin, the man who was allegedly following him reappeared, prompting the February, 2012 confrontation, of which she heard the initial moments.

Previously, Jeantel came under fire for lying about not going to Martin’s funeral because she said she was in the hospital, which was untrue. In her testimony Wednesday, she said she didn’t go because she felt guilty.

There were a few testy exchanges between defense attorney Don West and Jeantel -- at one point, Jeantel asked West if he was listening.

Jeantel also said, "I'm leaving today," to which West responded, "Are you refusing to come back tomorrow?"

Judge Debra Nelson had to calm Jeantel down.

Shortly after, Nelson dismissed court for the day.  Jeantel is scheduled to return at 9 a.m. Thursday.

I would not want to come back either but her outbursts in court have to be turning off the jury at this point.

At this point, if I was a juror I'd be thinking to myself "Why are we even here and Why has the state not shown any evidence so far that shows George wanted to shoot Trayvon".

If you saw George at the defense table rolling his eyes, he'd be in real trouble. IMO.

I haven't been able to watch this, but watching a bit now before I go out and sadly I am laughing....her yesssss, NOPE and the "are you listening" ....trying to be somewhat less direct than I normally am, but WTF??? She lacks common even the tiniest fraction of courtesy and she is in a courtroom. I could see her so easily saying go kick his cracker ass ...and antagonizing him (could be why she might feel guilt IF that were even true). I can't believe the state put her on FPS.

I am actually at a loss for words (rare I know )

Thanks, I swear I am almost afraid to watch...I might need a pair of depends from almost p'ing my pants. I get she's poorly educated but it's so much worse than that..again no words. I was watching HLN and her TM's use of cracker is " just the way he talks"....hmm, I do have thoughts on that , I will keep those to myself.
