Interesting for those who've been around a while: Nelson suggested a Daubert hearing needed. Daubert replaced Frye standard on 7/1 in FL.

i have no clue which way this case is going to go...none...usually I have a strong opinion but not on this one.

would this case be getting so much attention if the crime was black on black, white on white or hispanic on hispanic?
what decides which cases get the most attention? the public? there must be hundreds of shootings that never get any attention...other than when the case is over and the shooter is sentenced or released....dunno...
