It helps the defense?  The state is fighting hard to keep it out.  imo
The defense wanted to take the jury to the site of the incident, but the judge denied the request.

It's a few facts with big holes filled in by a computer program and Schumaker

However, it helps visualize the general activity of GZ and TM.  I will be very surprised if the judge permits the video.

I think that the prosecution wants the jurors to believe that GZ followed TM until the verbal/physical alternation happened.  The video shows GZ walking at the T to his vehicle, and TM backtracking to the T.  jmo
