Paraphrasing Mark Furman just now; The state is just trying to poke holes in a solid defense.

Who here thinks that we have role reversal in this case?

I have to say this is one of the most bizarre and weakest cases I have ever seen or heard of tried. Normally what happens is the Prosecution lays out a solid case against a defendant with solid evidence and witnesses. The Defense then tries to poke holes or (reasonable doubt) in the State's case.

This case is just the opposite. The State (prosecution) does realize they have the burden of proof, correct? Many of the prosecution witnesses were actually better for the defense. Had it not been for a couple of rulings on the part of Judge Norton, especially the TM tweets on his cell phone, this case would be a KO.

Sorry, just have never seen anything like this, ever.

I think that this witness, use of force witness is excellent! He is holding his own and is interesting and easy to follow. Powerful witness in my opinion.
George is gonna walk. The defense has a much better case IMO.

I agree but ... I am somewhat concerned that jurors are not getting the entire picture.  Think about it.  The judiciary would not allow ANYTHING into evidence that cast TM's character prior to the incident in a negative light ... while allowing evidence vilifying GZ.  In other words ... the playing field was not even.  TM was not an innocent little kid walking home following a purchase of candy as portrayed by the prosecution.

Zimmerman judge needs to read this case on authentication of text messages

Judge Nelson stated that there was no evidence that Trayvon typed the texts even though the messages were on his phone and stored in DOUBLE-PASSWORD protected format using phone apps. …

The defense countered that its computer forensic expert, who testified, was able to track hundreds if not thousand of text messages on the phone and that the flow of conversations indicated it was Trayvon in context.

The Judge in the Zimmerman trial just ruled that the jury will not get to see numerous text messages on Trayvon Martin’s phone regarding his prowess at fighting, including texts as to how to punch someone in the nose and make them bleed.

OK, head scratcher ... Was Casey Anthony ever asked by the judge if she was going to testify prior to the case being over,, ie defense rested?

What is going on with this bullying BS that is all of a sudden going on with her? She is beginning to show a real bias here. The judge is agitating and beginning to create a hostile environment.

The Judge is allowed to ask, but not at this point.

I think Zimmerman and his attorneys were completely taken off guard by what the judge just did.

This was completely premature and would have given the Prosecution an advantage to know whet the defense was going to do. UNREAL.
