So far Zimmerman's dad has not testified ... wonder if he will be the final witness  for the Defense?

I hope so.  If TM's father were to uphold his son's character ... I would assume it would leave the door open for the Defence to produce evidence to the contrary.  Two police officers shot holes in Tracy Martin's Monday testimony for the Prosecution.

Trayvon Martin’s father on Monday denied that he told police the person screaming in the background of a 911 call was not his son – contradicting the testimony of two officers who took the stand in the George Zimmerman trial.

Tracy Martin was called to the stand by the defense, which is hoping to convince jurors that Zimmerman is the one who was yelling for help, bolstering its assertion that he fired his gun because he was being attacked by the teen.

OK, head scratcher ... Was Casey Anthony ever asked by the judge if she was going to testify prior to the case being over,, ie defense rested?

What is going on with this bullying BS that is all of a sudden going on with her? She is beginning to show a real bias here. The judge is agitating and beginning to create a hostile environment.

The Judge is allowed to ask, but not at this point.

I think Zimmerman and his attorneys were completely taken off guard by what the judge just did.

This was completely premature and would have given the Prosecution an advantage to know whet the defense was going to do. UNREAL.

When you consider the apparent judicial TM bias that has existed throughout the trial ... the question need to be asked "How much influence will the judge have when instructing the six jurors prior to deliberations?"
