This whole case has been so disturbing....from the 1st day.  The one person who could have pulled it together and showed a professional demeanor for the world who is watching...is the Judge....and it didnt happen.  I don't think that this has been a fair trial.  I think GZ is being railroaded.  Who knows if he is innocent or guilty.....and of what???

When I heard that, if they can't prove Murder 2, then the jurors can go right down the line from one charge to another until they have something to put him in jail and make "everyone happy", I got nauseated.  Now I am afraid of ever being in
a situation where I would be in court.

Thanks to all of you who are providing us with up-to-date information...

How comical is this that the State tried to impeach their own witness. Man this prosecution has been nothing short of a disaster.

Judge Norton disallows rebuttal witness testimony.

The State is now not calling their next rebuttal witness because obviously they were going to pull the same stunt as they did with the first rebuttal witness.
