The state showed the jury the autopsy photo of Martin and said it was one of the last photos taken of him. #Zimmermanon9

I was thinking about some thing yesterday when they did the "dummy" reenactment of the crime with TM on top and GZ on the bottom ... the State tried to get the witness to say that the gun shot angle could be at 90 degrees with TM leaning back.

However, that is 100% in disagreement with autopsy (gun shot wound, entry, area around wound) and expert testimony of pathologist Vincent Di Maio that the clothing was hanging down. Which could not happen if TM was leaning backward. Look for defense to use that in closing argument to jury.

I can try to find it in a bit, but I thought in the State's opening statement, GZ and TM were in standing position, with GZ shooting TM at close range.

You are correct, but they changed their theory in at the end of the case because it became obvious through witness testimony that TM was on top. They even showed that during the "dummy" reenactment. Not good for State as they now pretty much say that TM was on top.

He played #Zimmermanon9 's statement that started with talking about the past crimes that led him to start neighborhood watch.

The state says #Zimmermanon9 never tried to rescue Martin after Zimmerman says the teenager had beaten him.

Hmm, I have to wonder if the prosecution keeps saying what GZ did was a "good thing" is not a bad thing for the prosecution.

I wondered about that too.  But then maybe they're just sneaky, like when they tried to shoehorn the third degree murder/child abuse charge.  I'd say he's just winding up, so we need to wait for it.  JMHO

We knew that was coming, right?  And GZ said "punks" not punk, meaning the ones that got away, not TM.  JMHO
