My thoughts on John Kerry:

1.  He is a bully (IMO)

2.  He is a bad actor (IMO)

3.  Theresa is pretty (IMO)

I do have a few more comments...but, I will politely, refrain, from posting them . Smile

I think he either gained some weight or had a face lift

Cookie, he is a 'clairvoyant', that is why his appearance has changed.

He looked bazaar during his Presidential campaign, remember?

Too many suntans, is what I think. Mr. Sun will catchup to your complexion.

Rand Paul, knows his stuff, what a guy!

Sen. Rand Paul to John Kerry after Syria Hearing: No One Can Guarantee the Future -

Rand Paul compares John Kerry to a 'clairvoyant'

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul Interview with CNN's Erin Burnett: I Won't Vote to Send My Sons, or Your Sons & Daughters to Fight for a Stalemate.

(CNN) - Following his tense exchange with John Kerry at Tuesday's Senate hearing on Syria, Sen. Rand Paul said the secretary of state is overstating his certitude that a military strike against the regime of Bashar al-Assad will make the Middle East safer.
"Well, he sounds like he must be a clairvoyant because he can predict the future now and so we should ask him for stock picks, you name it, who's going to win the Kentucky Derby next year if he can guarantee the future," the Kentucky Republican said on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront."
Kerry argued at the hearing that allowing al-Assad to go unpunished for what the administration alleges was his regime's use of chemical weapons could escalate tensions in the Middle East, given that Iran and Hezbollah are two of Syria's biggest allies.
And when Paul argued it's not known whether Assad would use chemical weapons, Kerry interjected, saying: "Senator, it is not unknown."

"If the United States of America doesn't hold him accountable on this, with our allies and friends, it's a guarantee Assad will do it again, a guarantee. And I urge you to go to the classified briefing and learn that," Kerry said before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the first public hearing after the president said he would seek congressional approval before attacking Syria.

Paul continued to say Tuesday night the situation is too unpredictable.

"No one can guarantee the future. We don't know how Assad will react and I think there's an equal argument to be made if the U.S. bombs him, that it will be more likely that he launches another gas attack, more likely that he might attack Israel. More likely that there will be more instability in the region," Paul said, adding that it's also more likely that Russia and Iran may get more involved.

"So, I think there are arguments to be made on both sides of this, but it's not some kind of slam dunk guarantee that Secretary Kerry makes it out to be," Paul said.

The secretary of state said Israel is prepared to defend itself should Hezbollah decide to attack, and the consequences of inaction by the U.S. far outweigh action when it comes to regional stability and chemical weapons.

"If Iran and Hezbollah are advantaged by the United States not curbing Assad's use of chemical weapons, there is a much greater likelihood that at some point down the road, Hezbollah...will have access to these weapons of mass destruction," Kerry said at the hearing.

I don't know if Kerry, McCain, and Hagel, want to refight the Viet Nam, over, or what.
This is puzzling how these three guys, are in a war frenzy.  I keep thinking about all the injured Vets, and the deceased veterans, who trusted the goverment through deception.

I keep in mind the people who lost ones. What is the mission, in Syria?

I love Nancy Grace how she always remembers a veteran, at the end of her problem.

What is the Syrian Mission?

COMMUNITY ORGANIZER GOES TO WAR
September 4, 2013

With the vast majority of Americans opposing a strike against Syria, President Obama has requested that Congress vote on his powers as commander in chief under the Constitution. The president doesn't need congressional approval to shoot a few missiles into Syria, nor -- amazingly -- has he said he'll abide by such a vote, anyway.

Why is Congress even having a vote? This is nothing but a fig leaf to cover Obama's own idiotic "red line" ultimatum to President Bashar al-Assad of Syria on chemical weapons. The Nobel Peace Prize winner needs to get Congress on the record so that whatever happens, the media can blame Republicans.

Sad  I am sorry to say that the "Community Organizer" fooled me, at least the first time. Sad

Revealed:

Pentagon knew in 2012 that it would take 75,000 GROUND TROOPS to secure Syria's chemical weapons facilities

By David Martosko
PUBLISHED: 19:20 EST, 4 September 2013 | UPDATED: 19:24 EST, 4 September 2013

Securing Syria's chemical weapons stockpiles and the facilities that produced them would likely require the U.S. to send more than 75,000 ground troops into the Middle Eastern country, MailOnline learned Wednesday.

That estimate comes from a secret memorandum the U.S. Department of Defense prepared for President Obama in early 2012.

U.S. Central Command arrived at the figure of 75,000 ground troops as part of a written series of military options for dealing with Bashar al-Assad more than 18 months ago, long before the U.S. confirmed internally that the Syrian dictator was using the weapons against rebel factions within his borders.

Wasn't Obama Going to Use Diplomacy?
September 04, 2013

 BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Here's Darrell in Prospect, Pennsylvania.  Great to have you on the EIB Network.  Hello.

CALLER:  Hey, hi, Rush.  It's a real pleasure to talk with you, and I've been trying to talk to you for a long time.

RUSH:  Well, I'm glad you made it through here, Darrell.

CALLER:  Hey, great.  I wanted to talk to you about Syria. It just amazes me that we have all this talk about a military strike and no one seems to remember that we have the greatest president, the brightest guy ever, who was elected in 2008 on the promise that he would bring our troops home.  In addition to that, he also said that he would sit down with anybody to work things out.  Now, Syria is a civil war of Muslims.  Obama has a Muslim background, certainly qualified.  He should be over there talking with the parties.

WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) – A Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman warned any military intervention in Syria would create a nuclear disaster.

“If a warhead, by design or by chance, were to hit the Miniature Neutron Source Reactor (MSNR) near Damascus, the consequences could be catastrophic,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Aleksandr Lukashevich stated, according to Russia Today.

Lukashevich said if a military strike were launched without seeking approval from the United Nations Security Council  that new suffering for other countries of the Middle East and North Africa would occur. He added that the region could be at risk of “contamination by highly enriched uranium and it would no longer be possible to account for nuclear material, its safety and control.”

               Did anyone THINK of that?

I am not an Obama fan at all. But I do think that this is a huge decision for the President?
I do not think that we can ever win in the Middle East. They do not want our influence in my opinion.
I agree with Rand Paul. Lots of civilians have been murdered in their own countries. Whether by gas or machete, should we go in each and every time? Would these other countries come to our defense?

The Syrians do not want American intervention.

I know.
