I wonder if Kelly's mother was able to get funding for her daughters treatment?  In February 2013 she was making attempts and stated the young girl needed 263 days of treatment so it does not look like she was able to help her daughter.

The community did raise the money needed. Issy was in a special school for the last 6 months. She was home for 2 days before her mother tried to kill her.

Yes, you heard that right. Her MOTHER tried to KILL her. How, in any way, can that be excused?

Oh no.  That makes it even worse.    

No excuses can be made.  The mother went from saying she wanted he daughter to stay with them for the rest of their lives to trying to murder her.  It's nonsensical.
