LOL! Good point Kerin. No idea. We're such a litigious society though, perhaps hiring a lawyer is just a knee-jerk reaction.

Shellbell - it is a 'he' not a she friend in MB. And I need to correct my statement - -he said he'd heard they've hired a lawyer -- but he did not confirm. So I am now guilty of spreading rumors! ACCK!!!

The link I provided on a report done at the arubian jails and prisons was very interesting...was saying how inhumane the cells were ect...then I looked and realized that I was reading a report from an inspection in 1996... enough of that...waste of time

I AGREE SHELLBELL last weekend they (authorities) were saying this is "resolved."  And they are still in jail - doesn't make sense unless they are mounting up charges against them

The size of the cells at 9.5 sq m is not that large, but a little larger than the ones at the police stations, although they may put multiple detainees in one cell. Sanitary facilities at 3 sq m per cell. My old slide rule math says that is not very large for cells or santiary facilities.

Food may be a real effort, and I guess only one meal a day. ............possibly only dry food. I read somewhere that a while back 9 of the prisoners there sewed their mouths shut to protest the food quality/quantity. Sorry I don't have the link for that info.

Maybe a real nice "welcome party" is being planned for JVS and his buddies when they arrive this weekend.

Well, I hope they are being smarter than they seem.  Because if they are running this investigation as it appears in the media, there could very well be innocent people in jail, or guilty people on the streets.  I just really feel for Nats family and friends.  They need to step it up a bit.  I still dont understand how they can move them to prison as suspects.

does anyone know, just as a matter of interest if the FBI has commented on their involvement or lack of involvement. i don't trust FOX sorry - they are trying to stir things up and now with the resurfacing of geraldo....i think they've lost the plot and it's just about ratings.
