She goes through the many ways this law impacts us: Our insurance, our taxes, our health care. It is of course distressing to read that our insurance premiums and taxes are going through the roof, but Ms. McCaughey shows how this is directly attributable to the mandates in the ironically-named "Affordable Care Act."

Since this law affects every American, this book should be required reading for every American.
