The decision was disappointing, but realistically -- it was really trivial. It was not going to produce anything but added public awareness of the matter. I guess we will just have to double-up our own efforts to keep this awareness alive!

Did anyone other than me watch John Casich last night hosting Bill O'R?  IF so, what was that fat woman's name who was on there explaining there was no evidence in the case, even if it went to trial in New York, and the only thing that JQK had against Joran was that he was seen with Natalee?  Was that Joe's kept woman?

I do have one faint glimmer of hope, and Isgigs said it last night...
that tacky joe is still railing on Karin Jassen.... so maybe, just maybe there can still be a hail mary thrown!

How are you doing, btw?  I have kept you in my prayers even though I don't seem like it at times...

I feel okay today.  Chemo was Wed.  Neulasta shot yesterday.  Took the day off just because it is Fri and I can.  I didn't  feel like going to work today.  Anticipating bone pain?  Perhaps.  I have a lot of stuff  to do around the house once I get started.  

The ruling doesn't change a thing for me.  I would like to see some real butt-kicking happen but time will tell.  I certainly hope somebody has something up their sleeve.

LMAO @ the fat lady.  I didn't watch the whole thing.  I was listening to Nancy Grace ranting about another judge who made a poor decision with a child molester.  Once I saw that Bill wasn't there, I went to NG.  It was probably the dog bite specialist.

I was rather silent yesterday. Not really in shock over the decision...just depressed, sad and angry. It has been a horrible week for Natalee's family and friends. Hard to find the words to express how I am feeling.

Easy, in my book what is next is keeping pressure on Aruba to do the right thing... and to keep reminding everyone that you really don't want to visit hellhole island.....


now more than ever, the family will need our support.....

I’m afraid Aruba is beyond ever doing the right thing, but I agree that the word needs to be loud and clear that the place is not safe to visit.  I only wish Natalee’s family knew half of what we all now know about the island, before Natalee made the trip.

There is no law enforcement!  There is no justice system!  And, tourists are expendable casualties of the societal breakdown on that drug infested island.  Who in there right mind would want to spend their hard earned dollars to endure that sort of treatment.  Plenty of beautiful beaches and resort areas right here in the good old U.S. of A.!

Well after reading the ruling... which I thought was a crock, btw, I do have one piece of good news about it.....

tacky joe can not bring suit on behalf of his client in the US.... now there is precedent that there is no standing....

this happened to a client of ours - they wanted the issue kept in their country... fought to make that happen and it did.... but later they wanted to go after something just a tad bit different in the case but, on US soil... judge laughed in their face... said I already ruled that it stays out of the US....
