Long before news of the alleged murder-for-hire plot and sexting affairs, it seems Terri Moulton Horman knew suspicions were settled on her, according to e-mails written by Horman and obtained first by KATU News.

1.  A SEALED INDICTMENT?

The following document filing ... which is a good read in its entirety ... says it all in regards to Kaine and Desiree's five year focus on Terri in their ongoing quest for answers encompassing the disappearance of Kyron and ....

It says it all in regards to Terri's attorney not following through with a legal challenge to the restraining/no contact orders in the past five years that have prevented his client from contact with her daughter and ....

It says it all in regards to Kaine and Desiree not following through with challenges in the civil area ... challenges that would compromise the MFH and Kyron Horman cases.

In September, Young is planning another search.

She hopes to bring in 15 tracking and cadaver dog teams from Washington, Idaho, California and Florida to search in the Portland area, but wouldn't say where. She's organized several other searches in the past.

She said they've turned up evidence implicating Terri Moulton Horman, who was married to Kaine Horman at the time Kyron went missing. ....

"We've found evidence to suggest that Terri might have been trying to get rid of things connected to Kyron," Young said, referring to the previous searches. "She's not going to talk until we have evidence to confront her. We have to find it."

Terri Horman and her lawyers have said she wasn't the last person to see Kyron that day, but haven't offered further explanation. She has never faced charges.

Young said she's coordinating the search with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, but said the agency wouldn't take part. She plans to keep searching until every inch of territory is covered.

"There are so many different areas that have to be searched thoroughly," Young said. "It's a big canvas. There is no way that law enforcement can do that."

It's said that time heals all wounds. For Desiree Young, it's not worked out that way.

The pain she first felt five years ago when her son Kyron disappeared hasn't softened. If anything, her emotions are more ragged today, she said. Tears flow often. The gnawing hole inside hasn't filled, not even a little.

"It doesn't get easier with time," Young said. "I still wake up crying and praying, hoping today will be the day."

Young tries to keep busy. She's a budget analyst at Southern Oregon University. She goes to therapy. She supports families as coordinator for Team Hope, a group of parent volunteers for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Young addresses at least one conference every year that's sponsored by the center. She also has shared her perspective as a parent of a missing child at nationwide law enforcement conferences, including for the Amber Alert system and Child Abduction Response Team Training under the U.S. Department of Justice.

CART teams are made up of professionals from various disciplines, including city and county police agencies as well as counselors, educators and specialists in  search and rescue. When a child goes missing, they work together, something that doesn't always come naturally to independent agencies.

Mark Redwine named "person of interest" in his son Dylan's homicide

The death of 13-year-old Dylan Redwine is now considered a homicide, and his father is a person of interest in the case, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.

Redwine went missing in November 2012 while at his father's home in La Plata County, where he was visiting as part of a court-ordered visitation. His cause of death initially had been classified as undetermined.

In a news release, the sheriff's office said Mark Redwine, Dylan's father, is a person of interest based on evidence collected, inconsistent statements made and his behavior throughout the investigation.

Wishful thinking?  Maybe.  However ... could it be that that an indictment is forthcoming in the Kyron Horman Case?  Think about it.  Kaine's website went "poof" a couple of weeks ago.

In August/September 2010 it appears that Monkeys were afforded the first exclusive Dede interview ... either directly or indirectly.  Flymonkey's responses on the SM forum ... for the most part ... equate to Dede's words in the September 2013 Blink interview.

Not sure I completely understand your last question about the GJ...  she was not asked any questions by the grand jury, except about whether she would return in August, to which she immediately agreed.  I have a theory (another theory, yes) that the GJ subpoena was Norm's way of making sure she was in town over that weekend.  He gave her name to KH and DY on 7/22 (thursday), and they released their letter to the media.  At that point the media frenzy began, and she would have liked to get out of town to avoid it, but the GJ summons was for Monday 7/27 which made it pretty impractical to go anywhere.  Either way, she was ready to answer anything they asked her.

Re: the immunity issue, which has been floating around -- the DA's office DID offer her immunity if she had anything to tell them about Kyron's disappearance, but she just doesn't have anything.  She's not "holding out" for an offer of immunity because she has nothing to trade for it.

I read all 95 posts of flymonkey's.
Then went back and noted dates,times flymonkey posted.Just about all the posts were anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes apart with a few exceptions....I'm not sure what I'm trying to say lol but I think I now know who flymonkey was.....but I'm not saying.

DEDE SPICHER

Could it be that in the summer of 2013 ... Dede's attorney and the DA did finally reached a plea deal?  Dede would be afforded immunity from prosecution in exchange for the truth regarding not only Dede's participation but also the participation of others as it pertained to the secreting of Kyron Horman.

Could it be that the truth WAS affirmed via a polygraph and a GJ testimony?

Could it be that there was another condition linked to Dede's plea deal?  Could it be that Dede's cooperation was required in subtly affording Terri's attorney with a heads-up that his  client had been busted?  Logic dictates that Dede's alleged immunity plea deal revelation in the interview would raise a red flag that Stephen Houze could not ignore?

Could it be that LE anticipated that the revealed immunity deal would motivate Terri's attorney to conclude that a negotiated plea deal would be in the best interest of his client prior to THE indictment against Terri coming down ... THE indictment that Dede's own attorney referenced?  In other words ... the strategy hopefully would convince Houze if the Kyron Horman case went to trial that Dede ... the friend Terri had not spoken to in three years ... would testify on behalf of the Prosecution?

It makes sense that the major networks and other media outlets were bending over backwards for their own exclusive with Dede following the August 2013 Blink interview.  Think about it. There has not been a peep from Dede over the past two years.  Why?

Could it be that this wannabe detective suspects a conspiracy where there is none?

Yes,that was the post that I was referring to with flymonkey stating that if dede had something to trade with LE to get immunity.I believe dede now has immunity(yes?no?)so I was wondering what info she traded to get it.Also,when clicking on flymonkey name it shows last post September 2013 but this list of 94 posts shows her last post in October 2010?I'm not seeing a post from 9/2013.

She hopes to bring in 15 tracking and cadaver dog teams from Washington, Idaho, California and Florida to search in the Portland area, but wouldn't say where. She's organized several other searches in the past. ....
