Bearly, I agree.  God answers our questions and prayers in His own time, not ours.  He has a plan for whatever it is.  We know not what His plan is but we can rest assured, there is a plan.  We must remember when we pray that His will be done, we must be willing to accept the consequences because His will is not always what ours would be, as He has divinity on His side.  There is always a time when we can look back over the years, if we truly are believers and trying to conform to His will, that we will have an epiphany and say that we understand where we have been and why and that it has enriched our lives in some way, even the difficult times.  I try to remind myself of that when a loved one is sick and/or dying, that there is a reason for it.  God does not put us through these hardships but allows us to suffer them for a higher understanding and compliance with His will.

I so agree with Bearly. Sometimes we need to thank God for unanswered prayers. I have many times over the years.

SB , I think if you stop and think about it a little you may change your mind about a boycott of NYC. From the length of time the Judge took to make the decision she did I know she must have put alot of thought in it.
I do not think it was a snap decison. She had to research the laws in order to make her decision. I know we all want justice for Natalee but I think a boycott of Aruba is more effective.

Besides my dear DIL is from NYC. As well as the rest of her family. I have already spent a fortune on tickets to Mama Mia and hotel rooms, new clothes, Wedding gifts for the wedding we are attending there in a couple of weeks. LOL.

So NO I Will not being boycotting NYC. I will be boycotting Aruba. I will be putting the boycott labels on all my outgoing mail and I will speak out telling friends, family and aquaintance to also please boycott Aruba. Like Tyler says let them eat cake, but may it be as dry and hard and tastless as a  bone. JMHO

Hi Monkeys.   Very Happy   Mishy, I have been trying to catch you online to ask how your Mom is.

Thanks Bearlyhere. I've been marveling at your late-night work! You're good  Wink  Thanks for asking about my mom. We visited her today and she seemed to feel a little better. She's having a colonoscopy tomorrow and the results will determine what happens next...

Mishy, glad to hear about your mother doing better.   I hope the results of the colonoscopy will be benign.

Yes, Bearly, Lala's, San, Anna, and many others have been doing good thinking on the statements from the PIMP group.

Joran says he knew Natalee wanted to have sex with him.  He went all these places knowing he didn't have a condom?  Couldn't he get one from his friends?  If he didn't have any condoms, why didn't he stop for them?  After all, he put down megabucks plying her with alcohol, why not buy condoms?  He had to know he didn't have one.

This blows a hole in the condom theory to me.

Laughing Yes, his condom is full of holes.

Hi Frijole.  Good to see you.  These monkeys have been doing great work on the statements.  I think the monkeys are amazing when they get focused.

I think the judge's decision was a signal to us, to start thinking and working like we did last summer.  We can do it.  I see so many flaws in the statements.  I bet that everyone who reads them and has a neutral mind, can do the same.  One does not have to be biased for/against the family to see the discrepancies in the statements and the lies therein as well.

Tylergal, you are too modest....as I was marveling over your thought process as well. You guys literally stayed up all night picking those statements apart and reading between the lines and the stuff you came up with is excellent!!

.
Alberto Levy has the C&C franchise or is the general manager in Aruba.  Tyler and I raked him over the coals pretty well late last night.  Someone posted once, one of those mystery hit and run posters, that he had been to prison for having sex with a 12 years old girl but think that may be a Rafael Levy who is supposedly related.

Would like to see more information on this Alberto Levy and know if in fact he is some how connected to pornography.  Not that that is illegal or anything in Aruba,   Evil or Very Mad  just like to know some background on the cast of characters.

 Rolling Eyes

Quite possible Paulus has some of his own money invested in the Aruba C & C's, as in a silent backer/owner.  Would make sense regarding Joran's apparent free run of the place.  Joran acts like an owner.  Think about it.

Yes - I agree, there has been some fantastic brain storming going on... and your brain has certainly been going full speed.  And I also agree that perhaps this is what we needed to further disect this mess of a case and bring it forward.

No doubt the fine folks of Aruba want this to go away but... the more their precious documents are leaked... the harder it will be for them to close this case ... and for the 3 Doritos to ever find peace on this earth.  So I say again to the family --- bring it on... we'll make sure the discrepancies are blatently clear and spread worldwide.

Anna, we just can't take this lying down. To me, that judge from ny is every bit as culpable and corrupt as Smid and PVDS.

I think that we are going to have to fight back hard, and LOUD, against all those who want this case to go away. We are going to get nowhere at all if we don't seek redress for all the setbacks that family has endured. What is being done to them is plain WRONG and I am sick of it.

SB, I think that would be detrimental to the case to boycott New York as all the big media are in NYC and they have helped Beth and the family immensely.  We cannot boycott our largest city in the country because we find some judge offensive.  NYC has been a big player in the War on Terror and continues to be.  Nobody has suffered more nor worked harder than the citizens who are pro-war-on-terror than Rudy and his constituency.  Suffice it to say, we cannot boycott our country when we have a president we do not like or a state when we have a governor we do not like.

I feel the same...

SATISH'S STATEMENT

PROCES-VERBAAL

We, Juan Enrique BOEZEN and Shaniro Baldrik KELLY, respectively head officer first class and sergeant with the Korps Politie Aruba and both attached to the detective squad District 2, declare the following.

On June 9th 2005, at approximately 12:00 hours, we, BOEZEM and KELLY, interviewed suspect Satish Sharma KALPOE.

Before the interview started we, BOEZEM and KELLY, informed the suspect in dutch that he was not obliged to make a statement.

The statement he made was in dutch and translated into dutch and transcribed by me, KELLY, and it goes as follows;

"I was informed of my rights. I already made a statement at the police station in Bubali. The statement I made at the police station in Bubali is the truth. I have nothing further to state.

To your question whether I in the past had to deal with the police I have the following to state. This is the first time I have had anything to do with the police".

w.n.g. S.S.KALPOE

After the suspect had read the statement, he stated the following: "I will not sign this statement. I first want my lawyer to read this statement."

Of this we, BOEZEM and KELLY, on our oath as officers, have made this proces-verbaal, closed and signed in Oranjestad on June 9th 2005.

The reporting officers.

SB, you've got to calm yourself...calling for a boycott of New York is like calling for a boycott of Birmingham just because a few committed dastardly deeds back in the sixties,etc...Not fair, dude.

I think the braggart son of a man, who people referrred to as a Judge, presiding on an island without any kind of a jury system and with a polis force whose ethics are suspect,  can easily get VIP passes to sleazy bars and invites to "free" poker games at casinos.
At least now, people are aware that PVDS  is not and never will be a judge.

I think the fact that Satish did not speak a 2nd time is very interesting.  First we heard this.  I am starting to change my opinion of him.  I always thought he was dumber than Steve Croes... Perhaps not.  He is the only one smart enough to keep his mouth shut this whole ordeal.  Why is that?  Perhaps he is more involved than we think?

Yeppers.  I agree that he is either more involved, or not at all.  I go back to the statement, "Freddy must tell the truth," and wonder if Satish was involved at all after Natalee was picked up at C&C.

What about the "white rental car" that followed us?  Can I look in my rearview mirror at night and discern if the car following me is "white" or "cream" or "silver" or "paid for" or "rented?"

I WUB THE NY MONKEYS.  San is one of my favorite friends.  She is also a southern belle.  You can tell that by how she has charm and grace, but don't take no CHIT.   Laughing

Me too!  I've ALWAYS loved New Yorkers anyway....Mother took me on my first excursion there when I was sixteen and EVERYONE from the cabby to the folks at the Waldorf were warm, friendly, FUN, genuine, and completely sweet to me...(they talked funny, though, LOL!!!! Very Happy) Everyone LOVED my Southern accent and I was always made to feel welcome and at home. I have a soft spot in my heart for NY.
