Barbour is described as 5'11", 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may also have some facial hair.

State Police say Barbour is believed to have a .22 rifle in his possession and should be considered armed and dangerous.

The child is 2 years old, 24" tall and 25 pounds in weight with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Barbour may be driving a red 2000 Pontiac Sunfire with license plate #143PCT.
