Sources say that they put all 3 boys in the room together today.  They asked Joran what happened after he was dropped off at the beach with Natalee.  Joran said that about an hour later he called Depak to pick him up.

Depak said, "why are you lying?,"  then Joran retracts and said "you're right, Satish picked me up."

"That's where the whole story falls into a black hole. We do not know if Natalee was also picked up at that time or if Natalee joined them in the car or if anyone was picked up in the first place."
