Dont know about the missing and the dead followups so foregive me if Im beating a dead horse here.

I didnt accept what appeared to be blanket " not related " by LE and others about the missing and the dead and the report of someone being dragged ? off the beach area.
( I doubt that most reported missing are never put on any official report.Not /dont want to take seriously. MY opinon)
A LOT of locals were probably at the concert. Got drunk, did drugs, ect ect, passed out/slept on or near the beach area or just hung out after with others. Whats to say they didnt see something ??
Its not as though they dropped her off at the crb in front of her house. There were probably lots of people crawling on/near that beach area.
