GL: This is not a transgender issue, because… heterosexual men aren’t going to dress up like women and go in and abuse the system. But the problem with Target is that they don’t have to dress up like women; they can just march in there if they want to with their Iphone - there has already been a number of glaringly perverted cases that have already come to fruition in just in the last couple of weeks. So it’s not that these transgender people will be doing this. People understand my stance on the LGBT community. But this is not that.

WHOA: Alabama City Council OUTLAWS Target’s Bathroom Policy!

Oxford, Alabama is striking back at Target’s policy of allowing men to use women’s bathrooms this week by unanimously passing a new city ordinance aimed directly at the store and their practice. The new law makes Target’s policy illegal.

Under the ordinance, first reported by The Anniston Star, anyone within city limits or Oxford’s police jurisdiction is required to use public bathrooms and changing rooms that correspond with the gender on their birth certificate. The city council stated that the law was passed specifically in response to Target’s policy. More..

Target's Perception Takes A Hit After Transgender Bathroom Statement

Target put itself in the center of the national debate about bathroom use and gender and thanks to a boycott and lots of press, the retailer’s consumer perception has declined.

The number of people who said they would consider shopping at Target the next time they needed something from a department store dropped from 42% to 38%, as measured by the YouGov BrandIndex.

Target’s Buzz score dropped eight points, from 19 to 11, in the past weeks. Although when broken down by gender, Target’s image dropped more among women (by 12 points) than men (a 10 point decline).

Here's how other retailers are handling the transgender bathroom situation as boycott of Target grows

Target has seen their stock drop drastically as the national debate over transgender employees and customers using one restroom or the other continues.
Many are now beginning to boycott Target and the petitions are growing every single day since they are allowing people use the gender bathroom they identify with.
While the focus is on the major retailer, many are wondering how other big stores are handling the issue.

Target’s Trans Bathroom Policy Really Isn’t about Bathrooms

Bathroom privacy bills are not a form of bigotry; they are commonsense regulations that protect women and children.  Making it unlawful for a person to enter the bathroom of the opposite gender of that which is on their birth certificate is not meant to discriminate against those who identify as transgender. Americans who are confused about their gender are fully loved by God and, just like me, need to find their identity in Christ instead of what the world is pushing on them.

Women need a million mile march in Washington for Bathroom rights.

Who in the heck thought a bathroom bill is needed?
What is this 1816? 1916? This is 2016 and Target is taking a women's right away by allowing men to enter a women's bathroom.
Target Corporate is so desperate for business that they set-up women as bait to allow a man (or men) to enter a woman's bathroom. IMO
Target, does not care about the Transgender folks. Target, does not care about Women or Children. Target is a business and money is it's business!  IMO

NC Governor McCrory Doubles Down On Purpose For Bathroom Bill

I really shouldn’t have to be writing this. I know others have written on it, from numerous angles and from varying degrees of outrage, but it seems the current climate of our electorate (and society, in general) requires reminding of some of life’s hard truths. Most specifically, biology and nature do not care about your feelings.

Sometimes, it seems like North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory and myself are the only rational people left.

To wit, the so-called “bathroom bill” that Governor McCrory has to keep defending should require no defense. I’d say common sense should be all the defense it needs, but were common sense all that common, there’d have been no need for the bill, to begin with.

Governor McCrory appeared on the Fox News channel in a segment with Megyn Kelly earlier this week. To say Kelly was pressing him hard over the bill would be an understatement.

To his credit, Governor McCrory wavered not, and held firm to what he has maintained throughout the storm of protests and threats of artists that nobody cares about not subjecting North Carolina to their smug ass-hattery.
