The failure of 'Common Core' was long predicted.  Where in the world are better ideas?

South Korea transformed their education system is just a few years.

The Amish teach good work ethics from an early age.

Why is the US failing?

Why aren't American students going to special study libraries after school to continue learning?  Imagine how much better our communities would be if it were safe to walk the streets at night, even during the day?  Urban terrorists were eliminated.

How many American parents work 12-14 hrs a day to pay for their children's education?  How many US students engage in study 12-14 hours a day?  The contrast of the recent pay for Ivy League school scandal is quite eye opening.  The dumbest among us go into leadership?  Really?

Communities need to take back their education systems.  Change for the common good is not coming from the top.  Poverty, death, and destruction is.

Imagine if every family in America threw away their TVs, monitors, and games so children would not be distracted from learning?

Imagine if every American valued educating children and homework.  How is it possible that leadership in American communities thinks that banning homework is a good thing?  Why?  Because it isn't fair that some students have lousy parents that take no interest in their education and don't check or participate in homework.    Why aren't successful parents celebrated in the US?  Successful students?  Why isn't education based on accomplishments and hard work?

Apparently, children are capable of much more in the arena of learning.  Why are their early years wasted in the US?  USA on the way to slavery, serfdom, destruction...

just my humble opinions, observations, and questions...
