The other thing that I found and the source came from Kock... the call from Joran's cell to Deepak's cell was at 2:35. This is the call where he tells Deepak according to Deepak that he is walking home and he left the girl and his shoes at the beach.

3:15 IM, I'm home.

This might sound stupid but was it a call or a text message.  Deepak says he was out of minutes.

But given the quality of the recent statements (if they are close to factual) it is not a wonder that this investigation is a MESS

I do hope that the senator   ummmm that met with the Aruban delegation,,, ummm B???  has seen these.. and has as MANY questions as i do.

He is up for re-election, of course, and won his primary quite handily but his district should let him know.  A major part of the money he gets I would assume comes from Mountain Brook.  One day I will tell you all a funny story about him.

to come online when Joran gets home.

So, Monday night.. Deepak says the call came after they left the Radisson. They were going back to the Wyndham. Deepak got to the Radisson at 12:00 and they stayed and played for about two hours.
They left after Joran had some sort of a scene with a tourist. Guido went to take Anrde home. Deepak and Joran say they are going to the Wyndham and when they are in the parking lot at 2 ish they get the call.
Their presence is public until 2 am in the Radisson and they are not seen again until the HT's come back from the Wyndham. This is about 1 1/2 hours unaccounted for. Joran is wearing shorts and is sandy.

Hmmm.. something stinks!  How could Joran get the call to come home before the Twitty's & the police arrive at the VdS?  The Twitty caravan didn't get to the Police station until around 2:30. They didn't get to Paulus's until 3, then it took him about 20 minutes to answer the door.  They left went to the Wyndham, serached and returned back to the vdS at 5:00.  The Wyndham is not far from the Sloots.  How did it take over 1 1/2 hours? And where were Joran & Deepak that whole time?  Digging Natalee up or burying her?

.. I printed up Deepak's statements up today. Just to look at where they could be at certain times that were verified. And to tie them into the phone calls. After Deepak gets home, he waits UP until he hears from Joran, even tho Joran says see you tomorrow and doesn't ask him to come back and get him. Then, he gets the call and he doesn't go and get him. Duh ?  Then he watches TV ( it's the middle of the night, ppl are sleeping ) , ( then he goes to the bathroom for a while ), ( then he is on line off and on ) .
He had time to pick Joran up and take him home.
He also had time to go to where he let Joran and Natalee off.

Tyler, never fear, my monkey hiney would never leave for good, but some times I need to take a break from posting. I get get pretty angry when certain lines are crossed.

Jac, xxx, and Leslie, thanks for backing me up.

Quick comment on the statements. I have to reread them several times to even begin absorb it all. They do not flow IMHO. I am wondering if some comments or questions were left out. One would think they would delve deeper into the details. On the other hand, inconsistencies do not seem to matter to the people responsible for solving this case.

Joran calls his Dad Paul? Maybe it is a difference in culture. I don't know anyone who did that at Joran's age, unless it was a stepdad.

Also found it interesting that Deepak says "My Mother wanted to hear the story from Joran himself before she would believe our story."

Also noted that Deepak begins by saying Joran concocted the HI story, then within a minute, he admits he concocted the HI story.

I am also going to send him a little background on one of Aruba's most upstanding citizens, Michael Posner, as well.

I remember some were looking into Posner's background.  He was raised around the Chicago area and his family still lives there.  On an internet search, he was sent to Aruba to look after the mafia's gambling interests there.  He bought his first casino on Curacao.  He was involved in prostitution in Chicago.  He did spend time in prison too but I don't know what the exactl conviction was for.

Yes, I agree that this is just tremendously odd! None of the parents care enough to even know where these kids are or where they have been or how drunk they are and yet these two are oh so tenderly guarding each other to their home safely??

Besides, what would be to worry about since there is no crime at all on One Happy Island, what could possibly go wrong? I don't think I have ever seen such tenderness in two guys for each other in such casual circumstances. Never heard one of my sons calling some guy to say they got home OK. A girl, yes, but never another guy.

I agree Anna.Deepak makes this waiting for Joran's call sound like something he is required to do,something he has done about 20 times before,something he was told to do as part of the whole PIMP game plan.

I have a problem with that too.  If Joran is telling the truth and Satish really did go back to get him, why would Deepak expect a call from Joran that he was home?  Wouldn't he have known that when Satish got back?  There is something fishy about that story.  I just wish I knew what it was.  Why did Nadira tell the interviewers that Joran walked home barefooted?

No mention anywhere I know of as to what, if any porn was seized when ALE did sweeps of the 3 amigos homes. I would love to know if they found any "homemade" films. I assume the 3 amigos are in the habit of popping in a porn film, and base that on the picture we have of them in the car with apparently a porn film on the dvd, and Deepak stated they popped one in with Natalee.
