I want the statements made by Paulus van der Sloot.  I want to read those.  What he can't remember is the latest of the lies.  Joran is so much better at remembering the lies than Paulus even if Paulus is conducting this concert.  Old drunks always lose their memories eventually.

And I want to see the statements made by Freddie.  Does he still have the vid or photos??  Was he waiting at Joran's apartment with the equipment all set up and something bad happened and they OD'ed the victim before they ever arrived?  OR did they arrive and then something bad happened??  Show us what you've got, Freddie!

We just may find out over the next few days if these statements continue to be released in this manner.  Wassup with that?  Going to close the Case, Cowgirl?  Doesn't matter --the judge would probably be staying with the Sloots while the trial was being conducted just as he was for the search and so could not sign the warrant because he was staying at the Sloots and it would be discovered by any search of the residence until he could leave and get away from the property.  Now wouldn't that have been embarrassing for him???  

We are not nearly as stupid as they have thought we Americans were.  We still know lots of things that will come to light, too.

I read that Joran phoned Jaime sometime between 4 PM and 7 PM on the Sunday, May 29, 2005 to ask Jaime to go to C&C's with him because he had met some girls.  That would mean that Joran had this planned long before the conversation with the girls who - he says - insisted that he meet them later at C&C's.

VDS house is on Montanja (street name)...Montana or Montanja is another section, which Oldfart had been bringing question to in several posts.  At this point, I am not recalling the significance of this location.  Hoping when Klaasend posts another map, it might be determined.  The Shango/Simion post might have been to lead, mislead, or had no basis in fact.  I was just drawn last night to revisit.

I agree with this.  It is sad that it appears Paulus and Anita won't be held accountable in this life time.  But I am a firm believer that you reap what you sow.

I agree with you on this also.... the only thing that gives me any consolation in this is the fact that any punishment that could be put upon them in this lifetime would merely last a lifetime. I firmly believe that the punishment they will receive will last an eternity.... JMO

What I don't get -- did they REALLY think that this would all go away before all this information was 'released'? Did they really think that everyone who had access to this info would buy into the cover up?

It is beyond my comprehension how anyone could live with theirselves knowing that they had harmed another human being.In my opinion being involved in the cover up is the same thing. They are just as guilty.
I accidentally harmed my kitty cat yesterday and have been sick about it ever since.
After reading the statements last night I lay in my bed and kept thinking about how awful I would feel if I harmed another human being, be it intentional or accidental. How can these people look at themselves in the mirror everyday?And to keep the lid on all of this is the intentional harming of the family on a daily basis.There is no punishment here on earth that fits with what they have done and continue to do JMO
