When the Alabama posse came to the vdS house the first night, Paul thought Joran was in his apartment. When he wasn't there, he called Joran on the cell... Joran was at Wyndham... they drove to the Wyndham but crossed paths.

I think the interview with PVDS is one that was done by a Dutch reporter.  

Now to MSNBC...Karin Janssen no proof that Natalee is not alive...and no one has said she is dead.

Important/crucial phase in investigation...technical information gathering now.  Have much infomration about their communcation after Natalee disappeared.  Clear picture of where they were and what they said.

Off topic, but I had a little Yorkie who disappeared one day.  Just out of the blue. Looked, posted, canvassed neighborhood for months, to no avail.   If he were alive today, he'd be 32 years old, so I accept he's dead.  But, I cannot pass a couple walking a Yorkie without stopping to engage them in conversation, just to check and make sure, really sure that they don't have my Hairy.  And that's just my dog.  Don't want to even go there if it were my daughter.

PVDS gave one statement and that was it while he was in custody.  He works with all the people involved and are friends with him.

Paul vdS says he's only heard the Holiday Inn story directly from Joran. Hasn't heard the Marriott beach story from Joran since he wasn't allowed to visit Joran in jail.
