It was said that Natalee had her medication in her room . I know this has been discussed and no one really knows or if they do I must of missed it.
I have just been going through the FBI missing persons and every person who had some condition whether it was ashma or depression , it was mentioned what they needed to take.
Now I  don't get why they even would mention it if it wasn't important?

I would think if it is for any serious or nonserious  condition it would be mentioned . Unless ,it is said to to be what you think it would be because they are scared , some may think Natalee harmed herself.

All I can say is in every missing persons case they mention the medication and medical condition in their profile.
