Today was kinda dull - literally and figuratively. It was cold and overcast, and when we got out of training, a lot of stuff was already closed up.

We did go down to the cannery and found out that they grow some big old kitty cats in San Fran!

Then we went to a place called Cioppino's for dinner.

The good news is, I picked up a cute date there!  Very Happy  He was a lot taller than me, but what a cutie pie!!!!!

Poor Donna had to go back to the hotel alone (with her tail between her legs) and console herself looking at Scared Monkeys on the laptop.

It turned out okay, though, cause I brought back some Chock-aid for her.

In no time at all, she was feeling great again.

We'll be going on a 3.5 hour tour tomorrow, so it should be more exciting than today. See ya then!!!!

The sock monkeys wanted me to tell you thanks for all your kind comments about them. They think the SM crowd is spendiforous!

The sock monkeys have been looking for some flowers to wear in their hair while they're here, but all the ones they've seen have been planted in flower pots outside restaurants, and they don't want to end up in Alcatraz for flower stealing.  Shocked

Hopefully they will have some adventures on the bus tour this evening.

See ya!

Hey BT,

If the sock monkeys like garlic, be sure to take them to a restaurant called The Stinking Rose. They'll love it.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us...The pictures are soooo funny. Thanks for making me smile and laugh  Laughing

PS: I wish I was with you guys!

BT, these pictures are wonderful!  You are so creative!

Please be taking good notes of places to go and things to see.  I haven't been to SF since I was about 12 years old, and I plan to go at the end of August for a few days to see a close friend who just recently was diagnosed with MS.  He's having a hard time walking...and I will spend most of my time with him just visiting but may sneak out one morning to do a little sightseeing on my own.  Thanks  Very Happy

All I see are red x's.  I'm annoyed.  I got lost in all the changes and missed Day 2.  Perhaps I can catch up on Day 3.  Hope so.  Pics I saw from Day 1 were great!
