I always took the words Tribe and Arawaks to mean the same people--the native Arubans.

I think you are right and Tribe means arubian populace. Not sure why sometimes he capitalizes Arawaks and other times not. He also uses" indian" to refer to arubians too i think. I think some of these analogies were likely thought  of before the actual Shango posts. Thsi is just an impression i get .

I do believe Shango is showing his American roots here.  Pemmican and wampum are American Indian terms, aren't they?  I doubt they are used in the Caribbean folklore.  This post looks to me like Shango is trying way too hard to emphasize the "cowboy" and "Indian" allusions--he's practically shoving it down our throats with the pemmican and wampum references.  Kind of like, he's saying I'm using the cowboy and Indian references to show you these are enemies, so do you get it?  Yes, we get it, Shango.  

Then, he is saying JVDS and the Kalpoes are still jailed and talking, and these three are enough to put in jail.  Really, Shango?  I have my doubts, but I see what you mean.
I'm not sure what the last three lines mean.

Someone intervened to stop the investigation thus limiting it to the trio singing.
We will not know the answer and will keep picking at what we know to try to solve it.

Well  monkeys, I'm not sure if today was a good day or not.

We decided to go to Hyde and Beach Streets and catch the cable car, as we didn't think it was possible to visit San Francisco without riding a cable car. Anyway, as luck would have it, there had been a problem with the cable cars that morning, and they didn't run for a while. That meant zillions of people were lined up at all the cable car stops waiting to get on.

Anyhoo, we rode to the end of the line and they said we had to get off the cable car and get in line to get back on and ride back to the hotel. There were long lines waiting, so Donna and I climbed a ginormous hill trying to walk back. We got to the top, and stopped to rest next to a cable car stop. A car came along that was fully loaded, but the driver stopped and said he'd squeeze us on. When we got on, he made people scrunch up and make room for me to sit, but Donna had to stand.

My question is - if the driver makes people scrunch up and let you sit - does that mean you look really, really old?      

Maybe he just thought you were scrunchable!

Lala's, this might be heresy, but I don't think too much of Shango.  Actually, I think he was one of the primary players in the misinformation campaign.  Since there was so much chatter about the case on the blogs and in internet discussions, I believe Shango's riddles were created to distract and detract the internet community.  Online games and riddles have been used in the past to introduce new products and garner interest before the introduction of a new book, movie, or product.  I do believe Shango was created as a PR stunt and thrown at the internet community to spread disinformation in the case.  I think he was discontinued when the FBI and the Holloway family looked into who he was and his information sources.

You may be right about Shango.  I do believe Simian was sharing actual information with us.
