The Alana Jordan posts are interesting. She says Natalee didnt look like herself and her eyes were heavy when she left the bar. She also said NH didnt drink that much.

Thanks, Buckeye.  I reread Alana's posts and it really brought it all back to me, in vivid reality.  These were such innocent, happy, fun-loving kids who grew up overnight after the long weekend in Aruba.  Such a shame.

Dugga, if you are still here -- when we "quote" another poster, can we make the dialog box default to a regular full-functioned reply instead of the "quick Reply" box? salut

wreck

I could be wrong, but I set my quick reply to not default or something.  It is an option at the bottom.  When I quote, it defaults to the regular reply box with options.  Look at your quick reply option choices.

A reminder of how one almost becomes less appauled, as time goes on.  There is no way I should have ever let myself consider other possible things where it concerned this group. A reminder of who Natalee really was and why I was initially so shocked....and scared.

Hmmm.... I still need to play with that. I checked "Show, off by default" and it still defaulted to "Quick Reply." However, if you "PREVIEW" the "Quick Reply" -- you can still add smileys etc.! Cool

Absolutely.  Dash's personality shines through her posts--she is so young and enthusiastic and concerned about Natalee.  She has a hard time grasping the concept of evil that invaded their group of friends.  Yes, there is only one direction for this investigation--Joran and the Kalpoe brothers.  They may have had accomplices, but they most definitely perpertrated the crime.

I'm not sure I have a preview for my quick reply.  The left box says I can add smileys, but I can't find them (on quick reply). hmmmm

Did she, Wreck?  I hope Tylergal comes back soon.  I've corresponded with her by email, but the Monkeys need her sharp wit and logical thinking.

So true Buckeye.  I never once thought she was out of control like the demons on the other side try to portray her.  Pictures say a thousand words and when I saw Natalee's picture you could tell she was a good kid and I knew she was murdered as soon as I saw that one picture of Joran, Deepak and Satish in CnC's.
