GrannyToad was approved the first day.  Is she having problems getting in?  I approved and she should have gotten an automatic email.

No I am not.. and I took thise splint off right now for a little bit cause it is driving me nuts. I am trying to use some of my fingers. My arm is getting stiff.

Hoping somebody can help direct me to what my problem is.  Not Scared Monkey related, everything with the new boards is wonderful & I truly love the look & as I am on dial-up pages are loading more quickly which is a nice perk.

I have AOL dial-up & the windows only stay open but a few seconds & then disappear, I am only on the internet as a few weeks ago I had downloaded Mozilla firefox so that is how I am online but through AOL dial up.  Should I just uninstall AOL 9.0 optimized & reinstall it?  What could this be from.  It didn't start until Friday night just out of the blue, can't get into any of the services of AOL, preferences, favorites, news, nada.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Klaas.  I don't see the PM button, only the one that goes to the Profile.  I added my AOL IM like Sam.  Thanks, Sam, for the tip!  I don't get email at that address, either, so it's perfect to use for IM'ing.

Altruist, I think I'd call your AOL help line and they should be able to tell you what to do.

Finally, after deleting everything except AOL and Windows, I got in the forum.  Uh oh, I think Word may have survived also!  Having no bookmarks, and having made a typo putting in scaredminkeys manually, I now get scaredminkeys.net everytime I type in sc.     I don't know how to get rid of that.     But I'm in the forum, it looks great and so I brought a fruit basket.  Please leave something for Dugga and Red, ok? 

The fruit looks great. I will have a banana if you don't mind. Lil Puma you may need to go back into your Aol settings and delete history to stop that from happening. Why no bookmarks?

Angie I am so sorry about your Nerve problem. I had a nerve problem a few years ago. Right shoulder but it affected my whole arm. I could barely use my mouse even. My neurologist finally sent me to an Orthopedic surgeon and he gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder. Hurt like hell but within 3 days I was back to almost normal.

I know we are all getting used to the new forum and it will be another day or so before we stop talking about the different features.

We DO need to start discussing the case and not everything else.  This might be a good time to create a new thread called Serious Case Discussion and leave this thread for Lively Discussion.  We'll see, won't do anything until I talk to Red and Dugga.
