hi everyone, new kid here. It has taken me several days to get up courage to post. I have read here for quite some time and was excited when I learned forum was opening up to new posters. I was afraid to post something o/t.

Not offended in the least, tcumom. I appreciate your input - honestly. But Mrs. Red hit the nail on the head, as she has a knack for doing... We can't please everyone. We're simply going to need to learn a few new habits.

I understand your statement about having always been respectful. That's true. There's never been any blatant disrespect for Natalee - that clearly would not have been tolerated. But in a thread that's supposed to be about case discussion, we don't need to be talking about our kids football games or where we're going on vacation or what we watched on TV. Let's KEEP all that comeraderie, but move it to a spot where it belongs.

 It's the video of Natalee talking in the back seat of a car.  She reminds me so much of Beth, her mannerisms, the way she closes her eyes when she is speaking....

we are only trying to improve SM not tear it apart... biggest mistake so far? trying to please everyone, life lesson number 1 - it's not possible... so carry on, and let's see what happens.

I for one, don't mind off topic... but I am off topic a lot!

Yes, Dugga has done a great job and I think this is not about anybody being offended or perfering this or that but he is trying to do what is the right thing to do so let's give him at least a chance!

J/K this OT discussion happens every time there is no news for an extended period of time.  Topics and threads have been made for every aspect of this case and no one wants to stay in those.  If there were hundreds of regulars here, that might happen.

In Aruba a Process Verbal is an edited statement laundered to omit any damning testimony by the suspect.
