Thank-you for that. It seems people are a little gloomy this morning. There are still a few of us here that do think the Dutch are going to solve this -- we just have to be patient. After 2+ years, they cannot come in and simply wrap things up in a few months. They must do everything 100% accurate and get things right. It is very hard to follow this case and not be frustrated -- I certainly understand the pessimism here.

I'm with you and Bots, Wreck. IMO they'd have closed it a long time ago if they weren't going to do anything. Pardon my optimism, but just to believe until proven different.

I hope that something comes of the Dutch involvment, but they have been involved for a long time now.  They had all the files for months before they went to Aruba.  I'm afraid it is all going to come down to no body.

I agree Easy.  The final word comes from the Aruban prosecutor not the KLPD.

Good morning folks....I still believe in miracles....so I still have hope that there will be a
resolution of this case....that the family will have Natalee and that they will know what
happened.

I would also like to take a look at the website of the company that is providing the boats
for the water search.  If it is the company that has worked off of the Louisiana and Texas coasts, they are a big operation.  Does anyone remember the name? TY....Mere

Good Morning everyone-

This has been my fear for two years frankly, for Holland simply isn't a country that seems to give a flip regarding anything external to their country or their outposts in the Antilles. They don't give a flip about Saddam or Oosama, why would they care about one murder? I don't mean to minimalize Natalee in any way but sadly, I believe anything and all that has been done to date was for tourism's sake. No other reason.

I am sorry but that is nonsense. We don't give a flip about Saddam or Osama? Right, tell that to the parents/famlly of Tom Krist, Jos Leunissen, Timo Smeehuijzen, Cor Stirk, Robert Donkers, Dijkstra, Michael Donkervoort, Jan van Twist, Bart van Boxtel, Dave Steensma and  Jeroen Severs, dutch men who laid down their lives for the cause in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Tell that to the dutch troops who served in Iraq (like my brother in law), tell the dutch troops who now serve in Afghanistan, tell that to the dutch special forces hunting Osama in the hills of Afghanistan or our army/navy/airforce around the world fighting the war on Terror.

And FYI, the internal problems of Aruba are not something the Netherlands (because there is no Holland) can fix or alter.

Ramm, if the problems can't be fixed by the Netherlands why did they agree to investigate this case when they know that the prosecutor would have the final word.

Do you believe that the KLPD's investigation will get results.

If Deepak had his car's interior swapped out at Automotive Enterprises, would it be a coincidence that an Automotive Enterprise worker, who happened to be American, was found dead by suicide after locking himself inside of a storage container? Things that make you go hmmmmm........

Those who assisted with the cover-up, may seem to come up dead. by suicide. Columbian Necktie, Pitbull, etc........
