Well, I know this is not going to be a very nice thing to say, but as far as boys this age experimenting with sex, I know that my sons never did this kind of thing and I know my husband did not.  I am sure none were virgins when they married but if my sons had done this, the word would have gotten out and their reputations would not have been what they were.  No, never happened with my sons and never happened with my husband.  If men/boys are raised to respect women, they do not do these kinds of things.  Boys who brag about sex probably have something they are hiding, such as Sunny, Anna and I aluded to, impotence or desire for homosexual relationships.

Let's put this in context:

I didn't hear the conversation, because at that moment a friend of mine came over to talk to me. I had turned around and talked to my friend. After a while I turned around and noticed that Satish, Joran and the girl Natalee were not there any more where I had last seen them stand. I then searched for them in the club but without result. Then I went to look near the bathrooms. I also didn't find them there, I then used the bathroom myself. . After I walked out of the bathroom, I called Joran on his mobile phone. He did not answer. I walked to the parking lot where my car was parked. When I arrived at my car I sat on the ground next to my car, because my brother had the keys. I then called my brother on his mobile phone. I had almot no more minutes on my pre-paid phone so I called him in a way that produces what in English is called a “miss call”. After that my brother phoned me back, I asked him where they were and he said they were still inside and that he would come.

From Satish 6/11 statement:

We, Joran, the girl and myself, had walked over to another bar where we had earlier bought the Yard's. I had not seen my brother anymore. I saw that Joran and the girl were about to drink a shot. At that point I received a "missed call". I did not hear the phone but felt that I was being called, this was because I had set my mobile phone to vibrate. I saw that my brother had called me. I know that my brother didn't have any more credit on his mobile phone and had called him back. My brother answered his phone and asked where we were. I told him that we were still inside Carlos & Charlies. He had told me that he was already at his car. I told him that we would come to where he was. I said to Joran that my brother was already at the car and if we were leaving, because Carlos & Charlies was about to close. Joran said that it was OK that we would be leaving and that the girl would be coming with us.

I think deepak is referring to an immediate discontinue, he hangs up on call as soon as connection is made, and this produces a "missed call" signal for satish.  Deepak is saying that he almost no minutes left...

More importantly, though, imo this is the signal.  deepak has done whatever he needs to do and is in position.  NOTE: both use this phone exchange to be UNAWARE of what is transpiring at bar where jvds buys Natalee a "shot."  satish is telling deepak that shot has been given and to be ready -- perhaps w/ deepak signalling others nearby.

The above is an absolutely brilliant critique and analysis.  I agree it is a signal.  And this kind of analysis is what we need in comparing all the statements, item by item, to get at the truth.

I have not posted on the LCD threads for a couple of days because you all have done such a good job without me. LOL

All these statements are a lot to digest. It is so exciting to read all these. I hope we are going to get to read Lorenzos statement as well. I can't remember the date we heard of him being questioned and his place searched.

I do remember the name Max Arends coming up before. Then in my memory I thought I remembered Max as being the one who supplied an alibi for Lorenzo. Does anyone else remember this?
