Yes, I just called in and spoke about the LIES and reasons I felt for why Joran lied.

New Judges?

Frijole wrote earlier: new judges being flown in...

After this debacle, what judge has brass to come to Aruba and fumigate this mess?

I applaud the effort, but adopt "Missouri Viewpoint".

"SHOW ME"

Can it be confirmed indeed that a new batch of closed door, closed system bureaucrats and apparachiks are headed to economic disaster area formerly known as "Aruba"?

TIA.

This was the article that was in the AM Digital the other day.

mr. J. Recourt

all are going to have Aruba as new workplace

mr. P.E. de Kort

is going to work from Curacoa

the appointments will go into effect on August 1st 2006

mr. Koens was until recently vice-president of the Court of Den Bosch
mr. Roovers was until recently a judge in Arnhem
mr. Recourt was until recently a judge in Amsterdam

mr. de Kort was until recently judge in Maastricht

Joran 6/14 Statement

During the interview I called Deepak on his mobile. I had asked him what clothes Natalee had been wearing that night. He told me that Natalee was wearing a blue skirt and a blue top

But he knew what her underwear looked like?

Well, he has eyes in his fingers, nowhere else.  You know anybody who was innocent would not have started in telling her parents about anything sexual with her.  HE does not even start out like an innocent.  He starts out like urban ghetto trash, which he appears to be.

So how true in my opinion...and what we have read in these statements is not normal ordinary "teenage sexual experimentation - fornication, or teen-aged males sowing their wild oats"......Oh, No! What we have been reading in these statements is pure pre-meditated criminal - minded, "one night stand"  programmed sexual abuse and exploitation of young innocent, helpless and vunerable girls who more than likely have been deliberately drugged/ and or enticed to become drunk, and are therefore helpless and at the mercy of  these evil-minded creeps, who most likely are now making videos of these "pimp" escapades.

But they have contracts for certain no.of years in Aruba.  Per Rammstein, usually they are 3 yrs in length.  So maybe they are shipping the others back to Holland.

NEW JUDGES ?
           WHY?

Are appointments up for all the Judges at the same time?

Is this bunch being rewarded with a RETIREMENT ISLAND setting or are they being sent to EXILE ISLAND for past actions?

When asked why the new judges were being brought to Aruba he said he did not know but gave the following addtl info.

(Rammstein/BFN):

there actually are very few people on Aruba/Antilles that go to lawschool and have the ambition to become judge. But the bench must be filled with judges. In order to keep them filled the Court of Aruba/Antilles recruits/finds dutch judges willing to come to Aruba/Antilles. They are then put through the normal application procedure and at the end of that the president of the Court of Aruba/Antilles informs the Kingdom Council (or the appropriate politicians from Aruba/Antilles) that they have found the right candidates. The Kingdom Council then rubber stamps a decision appointing the selected judges.

If you hire a person for a 3 year period (and most judges only go out to Aruba/Antilles for three years) then you are going to hire an experienced judge. If you plan to train a judge then you usually use locals who want to become a judge (like Paul vdS) but not dutch judicial wannabees.

Do the Sloots have room for all those new judges to stay at their house?  Well, maybe now that the Sporter is away at school they can use his apartment for visiting judges.
