YES!  Premeditated before he ever went to the casino.  Believe Leslie also caught that this morning.  Joran already had his sites on the MB girls between 4 and 7 before he even talked to them at the Casino.  Stalking should be added to his charges as well.   Monitoring their activities and arranging to be there, etc.  Actions of a true predator.

I can't imagine that C&Cs was thrilled with the commentary around Natalee being drugged at their establishment. They know what goes on with a wink and nod, but they had to squirm at the rest of the world knowing it, especially when you factor that the rest of the world is their customers. A tourism slump hurts them as well, and they KNOW who is to blame for it.

You're right.  

Then when you think about it, most of their "customers" may not be given permission or money from their parents to go to C&C's now that a huge light has been shown on the place.  Not only that, all the raunchiness is portrayed as being okay.

Not only that. This also goes to premeditation since the blackjack in the casino hasn't taken place until after Joran looses as the Texas Hold Em tournament.  Was this a preplanned decision to procure females?  Was is just by accident that it was the MB teens because they were sitting ducks to the pimp hunters?

Based on what Dennis Jacobs said about C&C, and I believe Dave has a witness, the fam should sue them!  I know there are no dram laws about the amount they can legally sell to a customer no matter how intoxicated but I am talking about the drugging part.

Why didn't ALE investigate this?  Oh, I forgot!  This is ARUBA!  What was I thinking!

There was absolutely no interest in the fact that even Dompig believed her drink was drugged, or that Joran was gambling while underage, or that Joran referred to Satish hitting a girl, etc. etc. etc.

We know that Joran & Deepak were at CnC's on Saturday night as well.  I wonder what they did Friday night?  Were they there to witness Natalee rebuffing GvC? Wasn't Joran hanging around the Excelsior prior to Sunday telling the kids that he was an Exchange student/soccer player?

Terry has told us about the hacker sites where you can go to get a virus to infect a computer.  For a price you can even hire somebody to hack into one.  So if Terry knows, others do and perhaps this was Paulus plan to completely erase his hard drive and blame it on a virus.

I don't believe Joran logged on as his father to research drugs and alcohol and lawyers for a school project.  For one thing he seems incredibly stupid about the subject as well.

But I still am not sure who is covering for whom in this or if they are all just about equally guilty.  Joran seems the one wanting to run things to me.  Don't ask his father anything because he is too forgetful, ask only Joran?  Paulus is some kind of pathetic excuse for a human being.  I think he cannot control Joran at all.

Paul wanted to read about drugs and Booze so he could figure out his kid and probably looked up laws requarding murder and kidnapping

...or drinking underage.  Aren't the porn sites for 18 and up also?  So, if Joran is underage for anything, it doesn't matter--he just asks his parents to get it for him, or  he does it anyway.  

He really does not seem to have a conscience.  He is not even uncomfortable that he got caught doing the things he admitted doing.  He shows no remorse.  That's pretty scary.

No I don't, but common sense tells me it is because he is now a liability. Bad for business no doubt.  He's got public relations leprosy now, I would think.  Who would want him in their establishment after all this? Especially since your patrons are mostly tourists.
