Great work Klaas. This is the part that bugs me the most. Damn this closed system, if we could see what info KJ presented to the judges that preceded their confusing rulings i think this whole mess would be a lot clearer.

I agree completely, Igsigs.  Remember Dave made one trip down just to get everybody "on the same page" and he said the Polis did not know what KJ knew who did not know what they knew, etc.  Something tells me the judge knows the least of all.

Whose fault is that?  She could have gotten that search warrant!   No one will ever convince me otherwise.  She knew the HI story was a lie but there she stood on the porch of the security guards at 6:30 am in person to oversee their arrest and the seizure of their belongings on the spot.  Nothing like the way the Sloots were treated.

She and Paulus must have been VERY CLOSE for her to have afforded him and his son all this preferential treatment.

Yes, it was Hammer!!  Hammer instictly knew at the very beginning that something was very wrong.  He wanted to know who made the decisions on who gets arrested and who doesn't..

I actually wrote her once after seeking advice from a very good British friend who has access to QE, on how to do that and the way in which to address her, how to approach it.  I got one of those sorta "canned" replies.

Who is BV?  I remember the lightly questioned comment.  Personally, I think Paulus was detained to give him access to Joran.  Make sure Joran didn't crack.

Even if the case is closed, there will not be any cold case investigation as van der Straaten has already stated that no one was going to come behind and check his work, etc.  

The Twitty family filed to be a civil participant in a criminal proceding.  I think this was the first step to obtain the case files at the end of the 2 year period if charges are not brought against J2K.

KJ is in a tight spot at the moment.  If she turns over the case files to the Curacao Judge to decide the case in PvdS's civil trial, there will be a duplicate record of the case files.  Will both sets of files conveniently lose the same documents prior to turning them over to the H/T families?  Or will they suddenly make a new law that prohibits the family from obtaining the files?  

Are all Dutch Judges and Prosecutors corrupt no matter where in the Kingdom of the Netherlands they work?  Then why did Paulus fail out of the judge-in-training program?  He should have been elevated to be on their Supreme Court, IMO.  

The Netherlands cabinet  currently in power is resigning.  It seems the NL is as much turmoil as is Aruba.  Are they going down the tubes together?

I don't think its just the ALE who move slow.  It took the Hague 4 years to try Milosevic for the Balkan War Atrocities including genocide. Unfortunately Milosevic died while being detained before they could finish the trial, otherwise his trial would still be going on now and probably for many years to come.

What's up with these Dutchies?  They move as slow as the zombies that inhabit the nederworld.  Do they call a coven to create new laws yo obsfucate  and replace inconvenient laws as the situation dictates?  Do the publish their law books in a hard bound manner, or are the laws in loose leef 3 ring binders?

Did you know that the age of consent for a sexual encounter in the NL is only 12 years of age.   They sell hardcore porn tapes in their grocery stores, and have porn shows on Early Primetime TV during the "Family Hour".  I'm not even going to try to figure out what THAT means........Whooaa
