Sunny asked my to post this map showing where JR residence is.  The thought was could the gardener witness worked for Renfro.  Not based on the information we have been given, IMO:

Ok I am bringing this forward again... look at the map and the raquet club... how far is that from jvds' house???

Beans, my frozen bread isn't rising fast enough.

For the casserole, it says bake at 300.  For how long?
TY

You must be having Runza's tonite!  LOL

1.  Re frozen bread --- of course my recipe doesn't say and I can only remember I made a boat load and froze them.  That makes me think I used 2 loaves.  (hope I'm right)

2.  Re Casserole, since hamburger is already cooked - you are really just cooking the bread.  My recipe says til browned.  In another book it said 20 mins.  Hope that gives you a reference.

Good luck - I am getting hungry just thinking about them.   Very Happy

Yeah, but now can't we pretty much eliminate the 2nd "witness" (who's admitted to lying) in this equation?  As far as I know, the gardner was never found to be lying...was he?

Eliminate the 2nd witness  I would say so.
1st witness IIRC  person in jail with Deepak said MY GRADENER saw you by the pond etc...
That why I remember that the gardener was employed by a relative of Jossy's.   Then they could not locate the guy(something about being deported also mixed in here)  but they did and he went before a Judge to give a sworn statement.. and mixed reports on how creditable he was.

Big question is where is he now?

Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa
Makes about 3 cups.

Ingredients
1/2 - cup corn, fresh, canned, or frozen

1 - tablespoon butter

1 - medium tomato, chopped

1 - small red onion, chopped

1/2 - cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained - I use drained rinsed canned black beans

1/4 - cup green or red bell pepper, chopped

2 - jalapeno chiles, seeded and diced

1 - garlic clove, minced

1 - teaspoon oregano

1/4 - teaspoon cumin seeds

1/4 - teaspoon cilantro, coarsely chopped

3 - tablespoons olive oil

2 - tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 - teaspoon salt

Directions
In a hot skillet, melt butter.  Sauté corn until slightly browned.  Allow cooling for 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, gently mix corn, tomato, onion, black beans, bell peppers, chiles, garlic, oregano, cumin, and cilantro.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk olive oil and lemon juice together.
Pour over corn and tomato mixture and toss very gently.
Allow the salsa to sit 1 hour.

Just took a walk outside and I am amazed at how my Hybiscus, Hedge and Areca palms have come back thriving after the hurricane last year.  I remember thinking after the storm that we would have to landscape everything over again.

Mother nature is an amazing woman!

Nope, he was not found to be lying (gard.). Renfro, as bondia, claimed vehemently that he was not a valid witness, was bogus, etc. She lied. What a surprise.

Anyone remember how she wanted us all to know that she has a rock garden? Maybe her espouso or shack up was the guy in jail. That is, if she has either.
