Well I think my time with my girlfriend is coming to an end..  Too many fights lately and I have no idea what they are about.. Have you ever had the experience where you are at a party, or some other social gathering, and you feel as though you are completely incapable of being socially adept enough to carry on a personable conversation, so you plant yourself in the middle of some talkative people and stand there, pretending to be a part of the conversation, but inside you know that you are not? Sometimes, I think that pretending is enough. pretending makes it real. or, perhaps, always. Tomorrow, I start pretending that everything is okay, and, maybe they will appear that way.  So whats happening on the case and I went to and read up on medley and it was interesting, umm reap what you sow..

Sounds to me like her friends are the type of people you don't enjoy being around.  Life is too short to spend it fighting with someone, it's just not worth it.   Wink

Lotsa fish in the sea.  Especially if you're a peeping squirrel.

I've always thought squirrels were adorable!

I am so happy to learn of None's very good news! We gotsta keep up those prayers! They work!

Philosophical Klaasend,

Your right and I was reminded of certain philosophies I learned to follow in high school. I was told, if you smile at people when you walk down the halls, you will find that more and more people will begin to smile back at you. I learned that, often, if you treat people as if they think of you the way you wished they would think of you, they then begin to think of you that way. I was reminded that it is useless and counterproductive to attempt to win the respect of people whom you do not respect.  rather, there is no greater thrill and accomplishment than gaining the respect of those whom you yourself respect. sometimes I think I learned more in high school than i have in all of the years since then. now, if only I could do as I say, not as I do ...

Thank you, Klaas.  I wanted to update Mr. Peaches on None's DH's status and it made more sense for him to read her post than for me to try to recap it.  Sometimes I have CRS.

You are multi-talented.

Thanks for your prayers, TG and everyone else.

I just made Bean's Runza casserole recipe.  I can hardly wait!

I was in the Airforce and was put on CQ duty and was told to escort a prisoner to the doctors office.. Well this prisoner was the biggest American Indian that I had ever seen and he was in jail for like getting into a fight and breaking like 3 or 4 peoples arms and stuff.. Well I report like ordered and they bring this 7' 400 lb guy out and tell me to take him to the doctors office.. I was in training for ATC and not a guard or anything, so I had no gun.. Well he started walking and I just followed like 10' behind and let him go where he wanted to go.. He finally saw me way back there and asked me why I was walking so far back and I just asked if he was a giant and was his whole family giants.. He started laughing and we actually became friends for that day.. I told him if he started to run, I was just making sure I could run the other way..

Several people have thought they see a body in the aru-bay video with the white bag.  I have a hard time believing it.  You can over adjust and enhance a photo too much, IMO.  This was posted by Spock at BFN.  I find this far more likely, that there is clothing or evidence in the bag:

The small image in the middle is of Natalee's actual top:

klaasend,

This was after hearing in headquarters about why this guy was in jail.. I was thinking I hope they give me something to control this guy but nope just told me to sign him out and off we went..  I wasn't even sure he could talk, they just said go and get the indian, his escort is here..  I think he might be the biggest person I have ever seen in my life..   I think my commander was mad at me and was just having some fun because I wan't in security, I was in Air Traffic Control in the Air Force..

Widget - there has been discussion, I don't remember if it was Shango/Simian or someone else.  Something like look to the center of the island.  Aloe has been mentioned before in the Code Talkers thread I believe.
