10:00 am.........Natalee, ex-9th-grade-boyfriend Sean McVea & friends go to beach & pool all day, per NBC
3:00 pm.........Soul Beach daytime event ends
4:00 pm?........Joran, MB kids & Natalee’s cousin Thomas Twitty in poker tournament at Holiday Inn Casino
5:00 pm.........Paulus van der Sloot returns to Aruba from Holland
7:00 pm.........Soul Beach Festival Night 3 @ Havana Club Ampitheater/some MBHS attend?
8:00 pm?.......Natalee, in hotel room shared with 3 MB girls, packs luggage for Monday return to B’ham
........................Leaves cellphone, camera, purse & most of her money in room. Takes drivers license with her
8:30 pm.........Natalee & friends have dinner in Holiday Inn restaurant
8:30 pm?.......Joran finishes poker tournament & continues to gamble at Holiday Inn Casino with father Paul

That's really what I was wanting to know--was it rescue or was it changed to recovery for the miners, thanks!

What I fear is that when the mine collapsed in the beginning it just closed the entire area where those 6 were off and covered them in earth.  They may never ever find anything. And if they did, I doubt there are any left alive by now.  The oxygen levels are way too low.  How would they get to them anyway?  There is so much instability down there now. It's a very sad situation.

It is a sad outlook for them.  If they were not buried alive in a cave-in then the lack of oxygen and poisonous gases would kill them or if any are still alive there would be a high probability of brain damage.

One of the persons talking on Fox described it as the mountain slowly collapsing.  Maybe the mining has weakened and undermined the mountain structure.  Horrific

I don't always talk about Shango either.   I agree there is a difference between suspect and witnesses. Although, after reading about Dutch law these past few days, I tend to get confused on that distinction.

What is bothering me more is reading that the Prosecution doesn't prosecute unless he/she deems it in the best public interest to do so.

Don't see that ever happening in Aruba.

I don't always talk about Shango either.   I agree there is a difference between suspect and witnesses. Although, after reading about Dutch law these past few days, I tend to get confused on that distinction.

I find Dutch law confusing also.  But even more confusing is the Aruban interpretation of Dutch law.

I think the mountain is indeed collapsing in on itself.  That type of mining can do that if the land area above it isn't strong enough to withstand the stress from the mining. I forget what it's called now...if I wasn't trying to remember it I would know.  When you just collapse the entire room as you are leaving I would think you would stress all the areas above it to some extent.

But I recall Paulus talking about earlier in the week this and that happened, etc.  Says his wife was gone seven days, not WE were gone, etc.

But I do think some of Paulus early lies were for the benefit of ANITA instead of ALE.  He was more afraid of her than the cops, IMO.

Yes, we can kiss that idea goodbye.  They won't prosecute anyone...ever in that case. Wonder what they deem as "best public interest"?  The entire economy of Aruba going in the sea.  I guess not. Certainly isn't the life one young girl.

On the Court TV blog about Donna Jou they had a link to supposedly Burguss's web site "sinjin" and it has a terrible picture on it... like in a BR with something wrapped that looks like a head and legs... open to interpretation and this pillow and something... it is very icky looking. I feel like Carpe's stuff all over again!
