Well.  Gulp.  I was actually looking on how to best dispose of rat & rat traps.  I found evidence of unwanted guests and had the exterminator out yesterday and he set traps.  While in bed last night I heard "Whap".      So I know that's one...I decided to wait till morning.  It's morning and I still don't want to do it, but I gotta.  Thank goodness there is an E how on that.  Too early to have any thing more than coffee to fortify myself for the task.

Good morning friends....I woke to the sound of rain...!  There were neighbors on their porches just watching their grass being watered.  It has stopped already, but it was nice....and there is hope for more....

Report: Skulls, Animal Bones and Organs Discovered in Sex Offender's Basement

New York:
A basement in an apartment building belonging to a convicted sex offender has been dubbed a "chamber of horrors" after skulls, animal bones and organs stored in formaldehyde were discovered there, The New York Post reported.

A city inspector on Monday made the gruesome discovery in the Bronx, N.Y., building owned by 62-year-old Barry Greene, who pleaded guilty in 2001 to sodomy and sex abuse charges.

Arm Wrestling Machine Recalled in Japan After Arms Broken

 TOKYO  —

Lose a game of chess to a computer, and you could bruise your ego. Lose an arm-wrestling match to a Japanese arcade machine, and you could break your arm.

Distributor Atlus Co. said Tuesday it will remove all 150 "Arm Spirit" arm wrestling machines from Japanese arcades after three players broke their arms grappling with the machine's mechanized appendage.

"The machine isn't that strong, much less so than a muscular man. Even women should be able to beat it," said Atlus spokeswoman Ayano Sakiyama, calling the recall "a precaution."

"We think that maybe some players get overexcited and twist their arms in an unnatural way," she said. The company was investigating the incidents and checking the machines for any signs of malfunction.

Players of "Arm Spirit" advance through 10 levels, battling a French maid, drunken martial arts master and a Chihuahua before reaching the final showdown with a professional wrestler.

The arcade machine is not distributed overseas

Mine just says Initializing Ticker.  Does yours say something more?  Maybe I have it blocked some way.  That might be like the Most Recent Posts I am always looking for.
