I just remembered something. If Joran says that we took him home, then that is not based on the truth. Because he had sent me a message that said that he would get online as soon as he got home. You should check my mobile phone to see if the message is still in there.

I also have to tell you that Joran was wearing white sneakers/sport shoes that night. If you search/investigate his home then you will see that the shoes aren't there. He had told me that he had theft them on the beach.
To your question whether I of if Joran told the story to someone else,   than I can say the following. I know Joran told his story to his friend named Freddy ZEDAN. Freddy lives behind Joran. His mobile phone number is inside my mobile phone.

To your question whether Joran told me what he had told Freddy, I can say the following. Joran told me that he had told Freddy the truth and the story that was made up. I know that he trusts Freddy more because they have known each other for a long time. If you go and talk to Freddy, he will tell you the made up story and maybe also the truth.

Thanks, Kermit--I thought I'd heard something about that. I think it behooves Joran to involve other people in what happened that night. I also think, given the maps I've seen on Joran's home in relation to the beach (and a personal experience in which I tried to walk from Palm/Eagle Beach back to the cruise ship dock) it would have taken Joran too long to walk home that night. Since Deepak was allegedly online...my money's on Paulus.

I think Mark Furhman also stated that there is no way a privileged Joran would walk home - that is what he had his slaves for.

And one of the news journalists walked it and said he could not have made it home by the hour he states he did.

I just don't think anyone was "pushing their button." I mean this is the Chief of Police and the Head Prosecutor! To think they were bullied is giving them a break and I just don't see it. They were the Dutch friends, I mean they worked with Paulus, were all Dutch and we are to believe they were bullied?

No way, they were part of this coverup. van der straaten could have taken all of them in on that first night and secured the property. Janssen and van der straaten simply would not have bought a lie for ten days if it was anyone else.

Look at the way they treated the guards. They are complicit, period.

Jannsen and Van der Straten certainly carried the Van der Sloots through until June 10th, but then the big boys took over to complete the cover-up. IMO, there had to be someone in ALE above Van der Straten that enabled the queered investigation to continue. Any honest Police Chief above him wouldn't have allowed it to happen, so somebody upstairs was allowing him to have his way. Or were they orchestrating it?

All Jannsen had to do is keep her lips shut under the auspices of Dutch law and make sure the judges didn't get anything that would implicate the suspects J2K2. Hence the decisions going the Van der Sloots way all the time. Throw in a whole nest of Paulus' Dutch Judiciary co-workers and Natalee didn't stand a chance at justice. The whole system is corrupt to hell and back.

That explains those mysterious battery changes. I know we may never know why, but I can't help but wonder about a motive. Mistakes happen (I guess...) but why would they hurt her intentionally?
