Why does he mention falling down?  Why does he mention Joran was pushed into the car?  IMO it's to cover for any injuries found on Natalee or Joran.

I agree,Deepak probably doesn't know what happened to Natalee after he left...Deepak still doesn't know but just in case Deepak tells a couple more lies to cover in case the ALE and prosecutor should TRY(yeah right,hahaha)to do a competant investigation.So Deepak told the tall tale about Joran being bruised.....wonder what injuries he imagined for Natalee IF he actually heard her falling to the ground over that loud music from his car?

From Deepak's June 9th statement:

According to me Joran said to her that we were at the hotel. She got out. I had not seen this. I heard something fall. I heard Joran say in Papiamentu shit she has fallen down. Joran exited through the same car door as where she had fallen down to help her up. That was the right back door. I had seen the girl on the ground. I saw Joran help her. I saw that the girl turned around and pushed Joran into the car. I heard that she said something to Joran. I was unable to hear what she had said to Joran. The car radio had been turned down somewhat, the volume was maybe at the nine level or something like that. Joran looked surprised. She walked away from Joran. What I saw is that she was walking towards the lobby. I did not see her enter the lobby. I saw that she leaned against a pillar with one hand. Joran had gotten back into the car and was sitting behind Satish. In the lobby I saw a man walking up to the girl. I saw that he had a radio in his left hand. I assumed that he was talking into the radio because he held it closely in front of his mouth. It was a dark coloured man. He was fairly tall. He wore a black T-shirt and black pants.

Deepak in drivers seat,Satish in front passenger seat,Joran behind Satish on right of car,Natalee supposedly behind Deepak in left of car....did Natalee climb over big ole doofus Joran to exit from the right side of the car?
Also....for all of those from aol message boards who said Deepak did not ID a dark skinned man....he did.

Deepak just goes into too much detail.  He even knows what the volume level of his car was on when Natalee pushed Joran.  In another statement we have Deepak saying when they left in the car he had the volume up loud and he could not hear what they were talking about but then he heard the word Hitler.  He then says he lowered the radio and he heard every word Natalee was saying which included the Hitler relation and her living on a plantation.  He must have good eyesight also because he saw Natalee on the floor.  I bet he did see Natalee on the floor because he was present when Joran beat her.

Deepak is FOS.  The volume on the radio was pumped up to the max so no one would hear Natalee's screams.  I hope Deepak and Satish have nightmares for the rest of their life for what they did.

Deepak is so full of bull caca.Look at the guy....you know he will take what ever is offered even if it's a party with a local girl and he is 5th in line.

To your question as to why I reasonably quickly had an attorney, I can state the following. After we were heard as witnesses, Joran's father said that there would be chance that we were going to be arrested and that we had to prepare for that eventuality.

To you question as to how we prepared ourselves, I can state the following. With preparing I just meant looking for an attorney.

To your question whether I had spoken to my attorney prior to my arrest, I can state the following. Both families had a meeting with the attorneys. So my parents with me and my brother and Joran with his parents.

To your question as to when that had taken place, I can state the following. That took place last Saturday.

To your question as to where it took place, I can state the following. It took place in the offices of my attorney.

To your question whether both families went to one office or to several offices, I can state the following. We all went to the same office at the same time. asked us if the statement we had made as witnesses was the truth and said thatOur attorney   we should stick to that story.

The Falling Down and hurting her head statement is all about covering-up for some kind of brutality, but what I find most interesting about this is they must have thought there was some chance Natalee might be found.

At least that could be what Deepak thought at the time.I'm sure Joran lies-a-lot knows much more about where Natalee is.

All the rest is typical. *We are in charge - Justice dept. will decide - ALE dangling the KLPD*. The reality is that the KLPD has been in charge for the last year and hand picked a few ALE to assist, period. They have completed, or near completed, their investigation and only now do the PTBs start crowing.

Which is a good thing. If nothing was going to happen why reclaim ownership when there is opportunity to lay the blame on the KLPD? Accountability is treated like a disease in that system and i don't think they found a sudden cure.

I had almot no more minutes on my pre-paid phone so I called him in a way that produces what in English is called a “miss call”. After that my brother phoned me back, I asked him where they were and he said they were still inside and that he would come. After a while Satish came walking, I asked him where Joran was and he said that Joran was still inside. I told Satish to give me the keys and to go find Joran. Satish left again and I got into my car. I stayed inside of the car with the door open. I had one leg outside the car and I was playing music and adjusting my radio set-up. After a while I heard the door on the passenger side open. I saw Satish getting into the car. Joran opened the door behind Satish and also got into the car. I cannot remember if the girl got into the same car door. I do know that she sat down behind me. I turned around somewhat and introduced myself to the girl. She had told me that her name was Natalee.

Oranjestad. The developments in the investigations of the disappearance case of Nataly [sic] Holloway case have changed. This is what Bon Dia Aruba could conclude after an interview with the spokeswoman for the Justice Department mr. [lawyer—ag] Vivian van der Biezen.

Previously Bon Dia Aruba had published that the Dutch investigative team returned to the Netherlands because of the vacation season and that the intention was to return next month to continue the investigations together with the Aruban team. After the Dutch team returned to the Netherlands, the Aruban team continued the necessary investigations.

Bon Dia Aruba understood from the Justice Department that the decision has been made to evaluate all the information produced by the investigations. This will take the necessary time and during the evaluation of the information it will be seen if assistance from the Netherlands is still necessary. If this is necessary they will be called to return but if this is not necessary, than the Justice Department will conclude from the gathered information what is going to happen with the Nataly [sic] Holloway case.

The Justice Department stipulated that in November 2007 a decision will be made with the Nataly [sic] Holloway case. The Justice Department will choose to commence a criminal case against the three suspects who are Joran van der Sloot and the brothers Kalpoe, or the Justice Department will decide that there is not sufficient evidence to start a criminal case and will let the case go.

It can be expected that whatever decision the Justice Department takes, this will have international coverage and possibly there will be members of the American press once more on Aruba to search for information and bring this into publicity as they see fit and consequently this could hurt the image of our island.

On Sunday May 29th 2005, at approximately 21.45 hours I went to pick up my brother Deepak where he works. I went to pick up Deepak in Deepak's car. Deepak has a grey coloured car of the make Honda Civic. When I arrived at his place of work I waited for him. At approximately 22.10 Deepak got into the car. We drove from the Seaport Market Place to Taco Bell in Santa Cruz to buy something to eat. After we had bought something to eat at Taco Bell we drove home to eat. When we were sitting at home eating, my brother Deepak said to me that Joran had asked him if he could go to Carlos & Charlies. My brother told me that Joran had told him that he had on that day in the hours of the afternoon met a few girls in the casino, My brother did not tell me in which casino Joran had met these girls. I decided to go with my brother and Joran to Carlos & Charlies.

This is similar to what Jaime has said about a phone call from Joran.

This also sounds like Joran's plans were going along as usual.Sounds like he met the MB girls early in the day?

Sorry I have no idea, Klaasend. I just can tell this, seems not good, but maybe I am not correct.
I know is missing cases in the Netherlands, It is not find to easy, about a track of somebody, and
sometimes/frequently must the police stop the research, because they have almost no useful tracks.
And when there is evidence material, that is sometimes to thin for somebody to arrested and bring to the judge.
The police and/or OM must have much/great evidence for to make a case.
And when this is happenen: When they have much/great evidence for a case.
In many cases, does speak the judge a easy and/or sometimes no sentence out.
I mean with that acquittal, or a little task sentence.
And that all, to large frustration of the Investigators.

But, when I anything hear, about the KLPD returned to Aruba. I want let u know!
