Sorry, that's not good news if Beth and Dave never see any evidense if there is still some to be found. I hope there is something there though that a few others may not know and maybe it's been kept in safe keeping.

The good news is that those dirt bag Kalpoes won't be getting any money.  If the case is closed they may be able to get the evidence.  I posted what Art Woods said about it a few pages back.

My name is Maria and I joined today.  I am very happy to be here.  I have been reading here for 2+ years.  This was the first opportunity to join.  I feel as if I know all of you from reading so long but wanted to give you some  info on my background.

I am a female computer programmer and I live in NJ.  I have been following the case from the beginning.  I think PVDS and the other 3 are guilty as hell among others on the island.  I live with my "significant other" and he feels I spend too much time on this website.  BUT, any items that were reported in the news were here first.  I hope my opinion can provide some value here.

Also I am NO WAY a troll.  All I want is for Natalee's family to find justice.

Being it was an FBI subpoena for MrPinks cell records...would that make it definitive it was for calls *in the U.S*?

Maybe a call from the U.S. to Aruba?  A cell / satellite phone contract from a U.S. company that was Aruba capable?

My guess is the ALE had asked the FBI for the Info and it was calls that he made/received in Aruba..He had a sprint phone with a michigan number and he took off from Aruba back to FLA or Mich after Natalee dissapeared..That phone he had is on the same network they used in Aruba..He may have just had to change the chip but kept the same number..That is quite a cooincidence that Mrpinkproductions.com server was started on 5-30-05.

Was it started on May 30, 2005 or was it first archived then?

The hearing today was motion to compel / motion to dismiss Skeeters as defendant. Case dismissal would be somewhat of a surprise. IMO. Kermit sounded pretty definitive though, so i am a believer.

My take:
It means the Kalpoes will not be getting 800 million dollars and someone probably spent alot of money on lawyers for nothing....Also means Natalee's Family will not be getting any new discoveries/Info..

Your take is my take as well - only to add that the Family won't be losing much with no new Discovery, they pretty much know all there is to know.  Although it might have been nice to ask a few questions. 
The bigger end is that the Kalpoes are once again relegated to the subhuman scum they've always been.  Scum breeds scum.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome.  I really think the crime was at VDS house and aruba is corrupt.  In the first stages I did not see JVDS or Kalpos looking for her.  People on the island were and others vacationing but not them.  Leads me to believe they were guilty from the start.  If I was innocent I would have looked for Natalee and did everything to clear my name.

Then I agree the coverup starts.  I tend to agree with Anna "Dig up the pool".  She could be at  sea but that would require calculations from the VDS group(not washing ashore) and I really don't think they are that smart.  I could be wrong though.  Just my opinion. 

I made sure everyone I worked with did not go to Aruba.  And does not go.

I just checked the LA Superior Court website and the documents from todays hearing have not been filed yet.  I'll check back later.

It is nice to have another Natalee supporter join us.

My husband also is baffled by how much time I spend on the blogs!
However, he accepts it and has a lot of compassion for Natalee.

Since you live in NJ, I would like to mention that there will be an awareness campaign for Natalee in Atlantic City at the end of October. So far, there have been campaigns
in Boston, Miami, and New Orleans.

Ok, I wasn't going to say anything but I really enjoy Frog Legs.  I have refrained from ordering them out of respect for Kermit and GrannyToad but if Kermit doesn't get back here and give us more info, I'm going back to my old ways.

Even though I am a computer programmer I am still new to posting on blog sites.  If I make an incorrect post please excuse me.  I think Grande did an excellent job with the excel spreadsheet.  I guess I also wonder why they interview everyone under the sun and they don't follow up.  I guess it's aruba and that's how to explain it.  And to top it off the questions that they ask require follow up and they just don't do it.

And they must have had a reason to ask the questions initially or else why ask?
